We had a small DIY landscaping project we needed to get done. We called Arsen with Neighborhood roll off and told him we had dirt and rocks to some old bricks to dispose of ! Gave him our location he quoted a price and was able to get the container to our house the very next morning. I've needed 4 or these containers in the past and I'd say dealing with Arsen was the best experience ever. If you need lowboy or dumpster service this is the right guy to call.. His prices were also much lower than the competition! This morning, We called and let Arsen know we're we're done with the container. Arsen is great! He's an honest and hard working business man. He told me all the "rules" for the rental upfront so there wasn't any surprise charges, and he even let me get away with an extra day. I own and operate a landscaping business, and I have been using Arsen of Neighborhood Roll off for going on 3 years now. Arsen has never, not even once dissappointed me or my customers. He has always been pleasent to deal with and very occomodating as far as schedule and placement of where it would be most convenient to have the dumpster and removal of the dumpster in a timely manner. The way I size up a service business is; how was the service? He has always done exactly what was expected of him, and most times more than was expected of him. He has even delivered and then waited for us to fill the dumpster with trash, because we had it all ready to go into the dumpster and i had 4 guys filling it up, and then taken it away. I am sure that he can not always do this, but the idea that he would even do this one time for me says everything about his customer support. He even then bought my hard working guys ice cream from the ice cream truck. If there were 6 stars I would give him 6 out of 6. Heck I would give him 10 out of 10 if there were such a thing. He and I were talking and we figure that I order maybe 4 of his 10 yard low boy dumpsters a month. Multiply that by 3 yrs and I have maybe ordered and he has maybe delivered 36 times. 36 times and he has never dissappointed me or my customers once. I remember another time, he even helped me deliver compost on a large landscaping project. I had ordered a dumpster to fill with trash as usual, and then found out that the place that I buy compost from that their truck was down for repairs and unable to deliver the compost. I called Arsen and told him about the problem and he volunteered to come and pick up the Compost in his empty dumpster, deliver the dumpster full of Compost. We proceeded to empty the dumpster and use the compost as we do in our landscaping and then fill the dumpster with the usual trash. this is the kind of flexibility and above and beyond service that you just can not expect from other places. Arsen is so good I just dont even think about using any one else. He has absolutly earned my business. read more

As a landscaper/designer... it is always a pleasure to speak of someone who is such a respectful and honest trades person. Arsen is truly such a recent discovery. He is an amazing businessman who came through for me on my last landscaping project. The price was on the nose, the delivery was where and when I had arranged for my client, and the pickup was also as scheduled. He was very responsive and communication was never a problem. At the end of any project where the flow of work is just as important as the other phases, he was extremely helpful and instrumental in assisting me when it came time for the post-pickup/dump. My crew did not follow my directions and "mixed" some materials in with the dirt which caused a MAJOR problem when Arsen arrived on site to pick up the bin. My crew created a situation where my client would have been financially impacted. He immediately alerted me via cellphone and was patient in trying to solve the problem. In the end, he went... no pun intended... the extra yard in negotiating with the dump site and helping me maintain a good client relationship by not incurring extra costs. Arsen is a real gem. We were getting ready to move and hubby had some storage units he wanted to empty. After having the storage dropped off we realize we needed more than a garbage bin. Arsen was so helpful. He didn't try to up sell us. We wanted it for the next day but he was all booked for that size trailer. So we scheduled for Thursday. I used them for a kitchen and bath remodel. They were on time and delivered a nice bin and were great to deal with. The price was competitive, but I went over the 4 ton weight limit and paid about 50% more. I did put a lot of heavy stuff in there, but I didn't expect that much of a jump in price. Anyways, you should compare weight limit, not just price when shopping around. read more
