Great experience getting a 30 ton dumpster. He had the best prices in town and great customer service/easy to work with! Couldn't recommend him more! read more

I had used Idan a few times over the past couple years and everything was fine nice guy. I recommended him to a friend recently. She ordered a 40 yard dumpster, he delivered a 20 yard but didn't say anything about the size not being correct until she mentioned it. He said he would bring another 20 yard out after she filled this one up at no extra cost. I then ordered a 10 yard dumpster for my house it was less than half the size of the other 10 yard dumpsters around so I couldn't complete my project. He picked it up in two days. I paid him while the guys were there, a week later I started receiving invoices saying I owed them for four days of extra rental. I sent proof that I had paid it. I'm still getting messages. I didn't mention it to my friend, and she went ahead and ordered another dumpster from him. Things did not go smoothly this time either. He came by one day and started harassing her to leave a good review, when she said she was not able to do that he started harassing her son for him to leave reviews. He then left a dumpster in her driveway for four days after she asked him to pick it up came in the middle of the night to pick it up and then sent her a bill for extra days. Needless to say, neither one of us will be using him again. read more

Junk Master - Junk from my house - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - North Hollywood, California

I cannot recommend Junk Master enough. We hired them to handle a massive cleanout of my grandmother's house, which had over 50 years of accumulated junk, memories, and heavy furniture. The sheer volume of stuff was incredibly overwhelming for our family, but the team at Junk Master made the entire process completely stress-free. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, they were professional, punctual, and exceptionally hardworking. What really stood out to us was their care and respectfulness. Clearing out a grandparent's home can be emotional, but they were gentle with the property and even double-checked with us if they found anything that looked like it might be an old family keepsake or photo album. They worked efficiently, loaded up everything remarkably fast, and left the property completely swept and clear. If you have a massive hoarding situation or decades of estate cleanout to tackle, do yourself a favor and call Junk Master. They are worth every single penny! read more

Not only was he resourceful - he managed to get necessary equipment from our building management - but he even vacuumed, leaving not even a faint trace of the giant tree.
