Wow, I am so impressed with this business. We are adopting a puppy today, and in preparation, my husband and I had planned a long day yesterday of cleaning up the backyard. As luck would have it, he woke up and immediately pulled a muscle and ended up in the ER. I tried to do the yard myself, but there was no way I could haul everything myself, and our trash cans were already full. Enter Small Time. I contacted them yesterday afternoon/evening, and they were able to arrange for George to come at 10am today! We had so much big stuff that was just sitting in our breezeway because we didn't have a place to trash it, and he removed it all! I called Small Time Hauling on Friday after 3 PM. Alford, the owner, answered immediately. I explained that I needed furniture and other items removed. He asked me to send him pictures. I took pictures and he sent me the price per load. From the pictures it looked like I had a large job. He told me that he would give me a price after he saw the items and he could do the job the next day. Saturday morning Alford\George and an entire crew arrived. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing. He reviewed the actual items (it ended up being almost three large loads) and we agreed on a (very fair) price. His crew filled up their trucks with old furniture, old exercise equipment, items from the yard and junk from the garage. When they had removed everything, they even swept the side yard and the garage. I am impressed. Everyone in my home was nice and respectful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. read more
