I used em demo and clean up to demolish an entire bathroom that I was remodeling down to the wood frame including removal of existing bathtub and shower. I was quoted a fair price over the phone after showing him some pictures. On demolition day they showed up on time (8:00am) and very quickly got to work on the demolition. Tarps were laid down on floors adjacent doors were sealed with tape and plastic was hung to seal off living room to reduce dust. Entire bathroom was done by about 1:00 p.m. including clean up (pretty quick in my opinion). I definitely recommend EM demolition and I would use them again. read more

I was having a new 12' x 12' patio cover installed at my home and called Em Demolition & Clean Up for an estimate. Eli came right out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. When I told him that the date of installation was not known because of the upcoming holidays, he said to just give him two days notice and he would come out and do the demo. We got delayed past Christmas for the install and when we finallly did get a date we called Eli. He came out the next day and did a incredible job taking down the old patio cover and all the beams and posts. The holes left in the wall were very small and no stucco was damaged. They even brushed down the walls and swept and cleaned up everything. The final result was a very clean patio with no damage. He gave me a very reasonable quote (especially compared to some previous quotes I'd gotten from other companies) and said he could have the job done in the next two days. Such a great team! Eli and his crew came to demo the hardwood floors in two of our bedrooms initially. The floors were glued on so hard; it was intense labor! He gave us a fair price, and left both rooms clean and a job well done. The concrete plaster started pulling away from the lath in the ceiling of our 1920s house in the middle of the night -- we woke up to the sound of heavy, sharp chunks falling more than 16 feet to the floor and a huge (and expanding!) hole in the ceiling. WOWWWW!! I'm so thoroughly impressed by Eli and his team! We bought a house that was built in the 50s. It had a VERY old kitchen. We attempted to tear down the kitchen ourselves and were successful with the top cabinets. We could not, however, remove the bottom cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplash on our own. We had gone through a few other companies/contractors for quotes and timelines and had been quoted in the THOUSANDS and told it would take 2-3 days with availability in 2-4 weeks!
