I used em demo and clean up to demolish an entire bathroom that I was remodeling down to the wood frame including removal of existing bathtub and shower. I was quoted a fair price over the phone after showing him some pictures. On demolition day they showed up on time (8:00am) and very quickly got to work on the demolition. Tarps were laid down on floors adjacent doors were sealed with tape and plastic was hung to seal off living room to reduce dust. Entire bathroom was done by about 1:00 p.m. including clean up (pretty quick in my opinion). I definitely recommend EM demolition and I would use them again. read more

I couldn't be happier with the work Eli and his team did demolishing an old wooden pergola on my mom's patio. The team was punctual, professional and priced very fairly. They worked quickly and the team went above and beyond to make sure the remaining structures were protected and all debris was cleaned and removed. Needless to say, Im very happy with the finished product and would use the EM Demo team for any future needs. read more

Incredible experience. I have no experience in this, no idea what I was doing and had gotten in over my head trying to do my own demo. Eli and his team were respectful, clean, thorough and quick. Response time impeccable, showed up on time to start and completed two demos in just a few hours. My house was protected and prepped well and the attention to detail was unexpected. They even ran into some issues, since this is a very old house, and were able to think them through quickly and resolve instead of leaving the job unfinished. It's nice to see people who still take pride in a job well done. A++++, would 100% recommend to anyone, and already have. Would absolutely use again. read more

Eli came to my house on a Sunday morning to give me a quote on his way to spend time with his family; I told him he could come over on Monday instead, but he said it was no problem to stop by on his day off. He gave me a very reasonable quote (especially compared to some previous quotes I'd gotten from other companies) and said he could have the job done in the next two days. His crew showed up early, they worked fast, they cleaned up everything nicely afterward, and Eli was very professional, friendly and easy to work with; it was clear right away that he knew what he was doing. He is also licensed, which is important -- one of my crumbling brick planters was centimeters away from a water pipe system, and his crew was very careful...they even worked around the cactus I had just planted, and left all my plants intact around the work area. I highly recommend EM Demolition, and will use them again in the future...they did an excellent job at a reasonable price (and I'm really frugal)! read more

Such a great team! Eli and his crew came to demo the hardwood floors in two of our bedrooms initially. The floors were glued on so hard; it was intense labor! He gave us a fair price, and left both rooms clean and a job well done. Because of the great experience we had with him, we also gave him the kitchen and tile demo jobs and they knocked it out in 1 day, leaving the place really clean! They removed and discarded all the trash afterward so we didn't have to worry about anything. Eli is friendly, professional, and provides a great service! He was a pleasure to have around. I would recommend him and his team 100%! read more

Eli was great, he came out to demo a wood balcony rail. He's easy to work with, addressed all my concerns, and was careful to preserve and not damage balcony floor and brackets that will be reused for new rail. Thank you Eli for making this smooth and easy for me! read more

Eli and his team are phenomenal -- so grateful we found them. The concrete plaster started pulling away from the lath in the ceiling of our 1920s house in the middle of the night -- we woke up to the sound of heavy, sharp chunks falling more than 16 feet to the floor and a huge (and expanding!) hole in the ceiling. We needed help fast, and Eli and his team were able to schedule us in right away, showed up on time, and perfectly removed the entire lath and plaster ceiling in 3 hours. They took care to cover and protect our hardwood floors, stairs, built-ins, and windows, and cleaned up every inch when they were done. Straightforward, communicative, well priced, and consummately professional (and incredibly fast!). If you need demo work, Eli and team are the ones to call. read more

I was having a new 12' x 12' patio cover installed at my home and called Em Demolition & Clean Up for an estimate. Eli came right out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. When I told him that the date of installation was not known because of the upcoming holidays, he said to just give him two days notice and he would come out and do the demo. We got delayed past Christmas for the install and when we finallly did get a date we called Eli. He came out the next day and did a incredible job taking down the old patio cover and all the beams and posts. The holes left in the wall were very small and no stucco was damaged. They even brushed down the walls and swept and cleaned up everything. The final result was a very clean patio with no damage. I will recommend EM Demolition & Clean Up to all my family and friends and definitely use them for all future demolition jobs. read more

Eli and his team are absolute pros when it comes to demoing. We are in the midst of getting our bathroom redone and Eli came and did the demo. He opened up the walls where it needed to be for the plumber to get in but was also mindful to keep walls intact where it could save on costs. When my plumber needed another part of the wall open, he came, and removed it immediately. He also left the toilet for any professional who may need to use it while on the job, and offered to dispose of it, once done. He takes care of your home like his and offered some great tips as we move into our bathroom remodeling journey. He comes when he says, which is a rare thing, and he keeps the areas very clean. We will definitely be using Eli for our next project which is a bathroom/laundry room combo. Can't wait! read more

Eli is a true gem. He was honest and the most reasonably priced of the quotes I got for the demo work I needed to my backyard. I needed a pergola demolished and a gate removed. He came on time with his guys, got the work done quickly and smoothly and cleaned everything up beautifully. He even did extra work at no charge (removed an old fountain). I plan to hire him again for future work. He was a pleasure to work with. I wish they were all like Eli. Thank you! read more

We are so grateful we found Eli and his company! Everything went extremely smooth. He came out, gave a quote, we made an appointment and he and his worker arrived in time. we needed our patio cover demolished due to rotted wood and in three hours it was down and cleaned up! Eli was also a very nice, professional guy who I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any type of demo! Thanks again! read more

Glad i chose Eli. He was quick, reliable and did a great job.

EM Demolition did a great, quick job at a reasonable price. I hired them to demolish a rusty and damaged carport that is situated between two properties. Within a week they arrived with a small team and did the work quickly and with no unnecessary disturbance to the properties on either side. They also did a great job cleaning up the area when they were done. We also negotiated in a couple other things I needed removed and the pricing was very fair. The total ended up being thousands less than the quote I got from another company. Very pleased with the work and plan to hire them again soon. Thank you! read more

WOWWWW!! I'm so thoroughly impressed by Eli and his team! We bought a house that was built in the 50s. It had a VERY old kitchen. We attempted to tear down the kitchen ourselves and were successful with the top cabinets. We could not, however, remove the bottom cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplash on our own. We had gone through a few other companies/contractors for quotes and timelines and had been quoted in the THOUSANDS and told it would take 2-3 days with availability in 2-4 weeks! We were in a time crunch as we wanted to get it done before our appliances arrived, so I went back to searching Yelp again and thank goodness, I found EM Demolition & Clean up! I texted the number on the Yelp page on Monday, he responded immediately, and set up an appointment for a quote the same day at 6 pm! He showed up early, gave us a price right away, said he could start Wednesday morning and would be able to get it done in an hour! I thought he was exaggerating, but he showed up Wednesday, on time with his crew and they did a BEAUTIFUL job all in an hour! They even cleaned up the cabinets and junk in our backyard from the demo we did ourselves! I absolutely love this company! You don't even know how much he saved us in time, stress, and money!! THANK YOU AGAIN ELI!! read more

I'd started the demo on my house but was needing help and running short on time. Eli was quick with a reasonable estimate, quick to start work, and quick to finish. They did the job well, did more than I'd asked, and helped me get back on schedule! read more

Fantastic work. My partner and I needed to demolish our kitchen, and had no experience doing it ourselves. Eli came out to our place on short notice to give an estimate. The estimate was extremely competitive relative to another quote we received. His work was fast and targeted. He removed what we asked, and left everything else in good shape. I had a great experience working with him. read more
