Andrew claimed the $1,680 was only for the concrete and that an additional $400 for the pump was never included in that quote. At no point was this breakdown made clear to me, and I felt completely misled. When I called Andrew to express my concern, he was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to resolve the issue or even meet me halfway. I ended up paying the full amount, but this kind of shady pricing and poor communication is unacceptable. I will not be using this company again, and I strongly urge others to get every detail in writing before agreeing to anything. Be very careful with how pricing is presented. What they say and what they charge may be two very different things.

He works hard and finishes the job on time as promised. His price is also very good compared to two other estimates I got even after he "added" to the original estimate. The Part I'm not happy with: Mr. F said my measurements were wrong. But when I asked him to measure it in front of me, it turned out that my measurements were correct. Then he said, it was not just the width and length, the cost also must account for the "thickness in certain areas". Fair enough... and for this reason, he added more than $245 on top of his initial estimate. Here's the part that ruined the experience for me, the thickness of the material he delivered was uniform all over, meaning it wasn't thicker in certain areas as he pointed out and therefore, the extra amount he added wasn't really necessary in this humble customer's opinion.
