Highly recommended! Lost our house in the Palisades fire, and the having FEMA clear the debris could take over a year. Reached out to a number of private companies, got pricing and all were in the same range. Choose Demo Leaders as they seemed most professional, from the front office to the owner. Started on time, finished on time and had very professional and talented people. If/when we rebuild, would definitely consider using them again, as they also build homes. read more

I had Demo Leaders do a complete gutting of a 1000 sq FT workshop that had water and power haphazardly run by the previous tenants. Price was very competitive and I was happy with it, and the service was AMAZING! Ray and Yanir did a fabulous job, removing everything inside and bringing it back to clean floors and walls, with just an electric panel in the corner. Bloody perfect work, in just a few days, and when turned over to me, even the floor was clean. Again, Ray and Yanir did excellent work in a short time on a complicated job, I can highly recommend them and Demo Leaders . read more

Demo Leaders is a VERY GOOD demolition contractor. We were overwhelmed by some run-down house properties that belonged to a member of the family. People were squatting in these dilapidated structures, tearing them apart, and lighting them on fire. We'd tried applying for demolition permits ourselves, but our City made that complex and difficult to do. The task required technical expertise and savvy that we just didn't have, no matter how hard we worked or how well we did. We found Demo Leaders on Yelp, and negotiated a very fair price. They even helped us by recruiting a permit expeditor, which cut through all of the red tape. When the City finally issued the demo permits, Demo Leaders jumped in immediately and all of the distressed properties was scraped clean, down to the dirt. The City inspector was impressed with Demo Leaders' job, too. I DEFINITELY recommend Yanir and the team at Demo Leaders. They were patient, understanding, professional, and efficient. They'll also went out of their way to help us through the bureaucratic morass that stood between us and our demolition permit. Demo Leaders is terrific! I look forward to working with them again! read more

worked with VLAD who spearheaded a small demo project on a residence in the hollywood hills and he was OUTSTANDING. amiable, knowledgeable, and very very on top of all details, to help efficiently and quickly manage the project, and relieve stress (at least some to most of it!). construction related issues are never easy, or fun. but vlad knows what he's doing, is energetic, honest and forthright. and genuinely dedicated to help you and your property. extremely personable and a great project manager, really a great asset to this company. they did haulaway too which was a lot of effort bc of hillside. but they did all demo and debris removal from start to finish. boom just like that it was done, exactly on schedule. this place must be a first choice if you need demo services. just make sure to have vlad heading the team to know you are in great hands! read more

We had our pool filled in from Demo Leaders a few months ago. Amazing crew. They worked very hard each day. No one sat around. We are happy with the end results. thank you David for making this happen for us. I do have to say be patient as getting the permit can take awhile, our city of Redondo Beach drug their butts doing the process, but David kept us updated every step of the way read more

They did a great job on our backyard (took out our pool). They were extremely efficient, responsive and responsible. They even came back an extra time to make sure the area was clean after demo. Highly recommend! read more

As a general contractor it is extremely difficult to find a licensed demo company with competitive pricing and we hit the jackpot with Demo Leaders and our contact David. Since the beginning David was extremely professional and patient with us even though we had delays due to HOA approval. The work was quick, clean, and extremely efficient. David was great at sending me pictures and videos at the end of every day with the progress. Honestly, I didn't know a demo company like this existed. Happy we found them and will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks again David for all your kindness and professionalism. read more

A few days ago I set up an appointment through Demo Leader's website to receive an estimate, for which I received an email confirmation for my appointment time. Less than two hours before my appointment time I received an email saying that I needed to answer some questions before my appointment could be booked. The email was sent after 2pm, after their Friday office hours. I attempted to call the office but no one was there to pick up. I found receiving this email alarming as I made the appointment several days ago with ample opportunity for the office to confirm any questions they may have had. Additionally, I could have at least received a courtesy call if there were any scheduling issues as my phone number was included in the initial appointment booking. Instead, I received a last minute email sent after the office was closed with no mention of my confirmed booking. There have been some other reviews mentioning that the office at Demo Leaders is not run smoothly, and I'm beginning to think this might be the case. If this kind of interaction is acceptable for this company it's not the kind of company whose practices are congruent with the image they are presenting. read more

We were very happy with Demo Leaders. We hired them to do a demo of our kitchen and living room for a remodel. Vanir came out to give the bid and also oversaw the work. The price was competitive and the work was completed faster than expected. Communication was great and they arrived on schedule. They sent out a large crew and truck and work was completed very quickly, in one day. We were very happy with the work. read more

I needed about 250sq ft of cement and a tree stump removed from my backyard. Within a week, Demo Leaders had a team at my house, who demolished and removed the cement and tree trunk. Everyone I interacted with was professional, the work was done very quickly, everything was cleaned up upon completion, and nothing was damaged (that I didn't want damaged, anyway). I would definitely use their service again. read more

This year, I contracted with Demo Leaders to fill my pool with dirt and cover it with concrete. The project started in January but the first month was delayed by waiting on the city permits. Yanir came to my home twice to explain the project and to discuss the details. The project was completed in April. Once the work started the workmen arrived on time and worked the entire day. The workmen were quiet and courteous. When issues arised Yanir addressed them promptly. I am very satisfied with the results. if you need a pool demolisheded I recommend Demo Leaders. Yanir and his staff are very professional and courteous. Thank you Yanir and Morena. read more

I would call Yanir a Contractor with a Heart and a strong moral and ethical compass. Yanir and his office team (Thanks for your patience Morena) are professional and accommodating to your needs. DemoLeaders has a small staff so is streamlined and efficient, yet they deliver big results and handle big or small projects. No delays with this company as with other contractors, they want to do it right and get it done. Yanir does what he says he will do. His teams came in to perform what amounted to years of deferred maintenance to the exterior of my home. Demo, new water heater, stucco repair, concrete patching, all exterior painted, all new windows (what a difference they make in the appearance of my house and reduction of outside noise), additional gutter installation. DemoLeaders prices are reasonable. They deliver what the promise. Plus they're good people. I highly recommend DemoLeaders. You'll be happy with Yanir in charge. He'll make sure of that. In the heavy rains, I had massive landslide that partially covered a road and had to be removed fast. David Benshimol from Demo Leaders came out the same day I called, and within two days, Demo Leaders had completely removed the slide, cleaned up the road, and reinstalled an iron fence that had been knocked down. David and Demo Leaders were awesome. And their fee was a fraction what other companies wanted. If anyone wants to confirm this review is genuine, just call me at 424-293-0028. Sky read more

Thank you Demo leaders ! Highly recommend really a creative crew! I hired Demo leader to demolish my pool in my rental property that I own. They came with creative solutions. I requested multiple estimates through yelp and Demo Leaders was the first to respond. The next day David Came to take a look at the required work I wanted done. Next morning estimate was sent, it was reasonable and he even threw in a couple extra things as part of the full estimate which was great. I signed the contract and the following day the work began. The crew was professional, respectful, on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and I could not be any happier. I will certainty be using Demo leaders again! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Renovations can obviously be very stressful but kicking off our project with Demo Leaders was an absolute pleasure. David was our main point of contact through demo and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. My experience with having my pool and the surrounding concrete, landscape completely removed was 100% positive. Yanir quoted me a fair price and Skylor the project manager have great communication with me. All work was permitted, by the book, and completed with timely and professionalism. The team hauled off the concrete and hauled in the fill dirt despite the very narrow entry. They also did an excellent job cleaning up, afterwards. I would recommend Demo Leaders to family and friends. If you are looking for a company with integrity, professionalism and customer service, contact Demo Leaders for your next project. read more

Professional and quick, efficient job. Workers were very nice and respectful.

David C. My experience with Demo Leaders was easy, fast, and efficient. Yanir was able to get a quote out in 2 days time and mobilize to start work the following week. After we pulled our permit the operation took 1 week, exactly as Yanir noted, to fully remove the mortared pool deck, iron fencing and clear the adjacent yard, as well demo the pool on Monday and have it completely filled and ready for final inspection on Friday. I also appreciate that their approach was to haul the demo'd pool concrete offsite and fill entirely with clean soil. Overall great experience, easy communication throughout, and the yard left clean for the future. thanks Yanir! i would highly recommend. read more

I needed some concrete forms removed from my back yard (from a decades old landscape project). Demo Leaders responded promptly, gave me a reasonable price and had the job done the next day. My family had recently purchased an estate in SoCal and needed some remodeling to be done before renting it out. I researched on google for reliable and highly rated but affordable services and decided on Demo Leaders. Yanir, the person who was assigned to me, was able to arrange to come by to review the need, quote, and do the work quickly, safely and cleaned up thoroughly when done. There was a pergola in a courtyard area of our house (was here when my family bought the house) that had not been sunk in concrete. Something caused it to become unstable, and we decided it was best to have it torn down/removed. Previous owner said it may get worse with each passing month, and may lean further until it was likely to fall into the house and do serious damage. Yanir and his crew arrived as planned. They maintained social distancing which provided relief in my mind. They did everything we asked and were very patient with us. The site was cleaned of debris. Yanir and his crew are polite, patient, knowledgeable, hard working and completed the project quickly and we are completely satisfied with Demo Leaders. We will definitely call then if we need anything else demolished and removed. The price was affordable and commensurate with the project. Thanks! read more

When you call and hear automation providing extension options, you assume there's no personal touch in their service, but that's not the case with Demo Leaders! Their attentiveness makes you feel like you're working with some ma & pa contractor that has no other projects on the schedule, but you're really working with a full team of professionals juggling multiple projects with expertise. Communication from Whitney in the office is top notch, as is the one-on-one attention the owner provides. I got multiple quotes for my project and Demo Leaders was the only company that handled the estimate professionally and didn't try to swindle me. Demo Leaders wasn't the cheapest quote after I forced the competition to rework their estimate so it didn't include excess expenses. However, I didn't have to ask Yanir to adjust his initial estimate and I knew that he was looking out for my best interests so the extra few hundred dollars was worth it to me. I had 100% confidence in Yanir's ability and integrity. The city jerked us around but Demo Leaders handled the obstacles like true professionals. And when we got the greenlight, the job was finished within 24 hours. They offer multiple payment options that are extremely convenient for those that handle finances from out of town or state. Not only will I use them for any future projects on my rentals, but I fully intend to use the sister company for construction. read more

Yanir was incredibly organized and responsive. These guys had a good competitive price and were able to come in and take care of a partial balcony demo project for me.

I worked with Yanir on project in Woodland Hills. We need to remodel almost all the interior of the house including demo many old walls. This is a terrific demolition company. They quoted me a fair price, had a great attitude, cleaned up everyday, and followed through on everything promised. Yanir, the guy who comes out to quote you, is on the job every single day. Babysitting not required with this crew. The things you ask for, get done in the way you wanted it done - period. If there is such a thing as finesse in demolition, Yanir and his team have got it. They took great care to minimize any damage to the surrounding stucco, siding, and concrete. At the end of every day, they always cleaned up the work site which I appreciated very much. A very positive experience overall. I high recommend Demo Leaders read more

Yanir was very communicative, the estimate was extremely reasonable, and the job was started and finished quickly. After the crew finished, Yanir checked in to see if I was happy with the work.
