As a Graphic Designer, I find everything has become automated these days…read more Having an actual person to talk to and answer questions is hard to come by, so working with Joe was a great experience. He helped me to understand the different options of printing quality, paper, shipping rates, and he helped to fix my file --- all in one store. I can't tell you how helpful that was after many years of running around town trying to get things done at various places. I needed to print some artwork and ship it to the east coast. Joe had me send the file to him before coming in so he could take a look at it, he was able to get my file ready for print and by the time I came in the store he suggested different paper options. It was a quick and easy process - he had it printed and ready to ship so fast. The shipping process was even easier.
