I had an issue the day prior at a similar type store in Oxnard. Then I came to PostNet and I was impressed just walking in the door. It's so clean and professional and welcoming. But the best part was Joe. He helped me immediately even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. He was friendly, extremely professional and very knowledgeable.
