While shopping for a new desk chair, employee Josh came by and asked if he could help me. I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted but we talked about some choices. After explaining a few options, he told me to take my time, look around and if I need any help he'd be close by. I did ask if the store assembled furniture and delivered. He explained what Staple's offered. After awhile I decided which chair would suit my purposes and found Josh. I purchased the chair with assembly. He told me he'd call in the morning to let me know when it was done and could be picked up. The next morning, he called, as promised. When I got to the store, he brought it out to my car and loaded it in the back. Josh is definitely an asset to Staples. They are certainly lucky to have a person of his caliber on board. This is what service is all about. Kudos! Thank you, Josh. read more

This location always offers great services. Recently I had some forms sent over here for printing/copying and then I used the UPS mailing services to have the package sent out. One stop shopping and servicing. Saved me multiple trips across town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is an ideal location for small businesses or those of us that need to accomplish multiple tasks, in one location. read more

When I walked in I was greeted right away. I Needed to make a few copies, Jessicas customer service was outstanding!!

We came to get some pictures laminated , they were very nice and said they would try to laminate our pictures in a poster , they called us back saying they couldn't do it and it would possibly damage our pictures . Place is clean , prices were reasonable but they couldn't do the job we asked for . read more

Not even closing time and this guy instead of WORKING is standing at the door monitoring people coming in and seeing what they want, if what they want is going to take more time that he cares to invest he's claiming he's closing soon and sending us back. Like what the heck! What kind of service is that! HORRIBLE. Never coming back. I'd take my business anywhere else. It's like they are doing me a favor. read more

Jessica was amazing and helped me in the printing area. She was patient and walked me through every step to print out pages!

Went in to take my Amazon returns, male worker taking them was rude and made rude comments...why would somebody have so many returns and I wish people would print their own labels and ship themselves. I swear these young kids and customer service sucks!! You want the pay but don't want to do the work! Sorry buddy from now on I'm taking all my returns to you. Did not get his name as he did not have a name tag on, now I understand why he didn't. read more

I recommend staples when you need any office supplies. I order online and they are fast and easy to order.

I came in with 20 minutes and the only reason why I know that is because I was greeted and promptly told there was 20 minutes left. I asked where the notebooks were and was told where to go, again, he asked if I needed any more help because they closed in 20 minutes. While I was looking at the different type of notebooks, same gentleman asked if I found what I needed and I said yes, he said perfect because they closed in 8 minutes. I felt rushed and hovered over. read more

I went to look for memorial cards to send out to family in the death of my father. The general manager, Susan Bell, was so patient and kind. She help me learn how to order them on the stores website. I can't say in mere words how much I appreciated her thorough assistance. I hope the business knows how much of an asset they have in Ms Bell. I will continue to give well deserved patronage to Staples in the Esplande Plaza in Oxnard because of her. Sincerely, Kashia Hathaway read more

Wry nice staff. Wry friendly and helpful. Thank you. I appreciate your recommendations!

Don't waste your money. I have been using them for a few weeks to scan my mail as part of ipostal1 service virtual mailbox. I have found the scanning service is full of errors. When they scan my mail they are constantly uploading the wrong documents. Or they don't scan at all and I have to contact customer service to remind them. It's not worth the money and aggravation. read more

I would like to give big appreciation for the print services team at this Staples store in Oxnard, CA. I brought in an event program for bulk print. The staff was very patient as we had to work awhile with Publisher software to update my fonts/sizes to make it look nice. The printing was flawless and done and ready for me to pick up on the day I needed. The program came out just beautiful. I want to specially thank Jacob, Sam and Selene for all their assistance with every decision needed to make this program beautiful and affordable. I will bring all my printing projects to this store. read more

Today 5/23 I visited the stores to make a return. At the time of the visit my son also needed to use the restroom really bad. I asked my daughter right when we walked in to go ask the lady at copy service dept for direction. Kindly she told my daughter where it was at and someone would go an open it for her. The issue became when I asked the greeting associate where returns are handled and for location of the restroom. The associate responded with some hesitation after she looked up and down me and my kids and said. The restrooms are not working they are out of service. I replied if we could use the other gender one and expressed that son needs to go really bad. He's going to pee his pants here. She replied again and said, the restroom are not working and walked away. I walked away in got in line to make the return and my daughter told my son let's go. They are going to open the restroom for me. My kid's returned and I asked them if the restrooms were not working?? They said.. they are working just fine why mom?? I was extremely upset! The greeting lady was a white, short heavy set with partial boy short hair and other half long. Im a Latina with 8yrs twins and 11 month baby in my hands. Why be racial with me and my kids? My son was near peeing his pants. Why not allow him to use the restroom? Last time I visit this store! Bad customer and to top it off racial. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a staples in a hot decade. The surprising thing is that the staff was all excellent except for the MOD. She was rude, unprofessional, flippant and unhelpful. I asked her to help me locate an item and she flat out refused. She then said she'd send someone to help if she could but did not. I asked the polite young lady at the register after I failed to locate the items and they sent someone to help me. I never did find the items. I definitely will go to another other place for the items staples sells because that lady is a total bitch. read more

Today I visited to return a tv that did not come with what was promised on the box. The cashier said my reason for returning was not valid. This makes no logical sense. If it has not been past 30 days, I should be able to return anything I want too. Is this not the policy? I've never had an issue like this with staples returning anything. Finally a manager came and helped me. read more

Every couple of years or so I buy my chairs from here but I found myself coming here more often for shipping and printing purposes. My experience with the people who work here are all positive. They are courteous, kind, and know how to do their stuff. It sucks when you want to print something and the worker barely knows how to use the machine, it wasn't like that here. They know how to do their job well and I appreciated that. I had several options in my area for places to get my stuff printed and I would come back here all the time. read more

Staples is great when Target doesn't have the school supplies I need $15 for a Logitech M305 mouse $1 for a pack of 5 fine black sharpies $0.01 for 120 sheets of college ruled filler paper (with a $5 minimum purchase) Good deals for back to school and the savings pass is worth it. Excellent service! They are all absolutely helpful polite and patient. I always come here if I need anything to print or whatnot.

I visited staples today for some assistance with printing a memorial card for my grandma. As I was waiting, a very rude woman was yelling at an associate. He handled the situation effortlessly and I was very impressed at his professionalism. Then, Jacob assisted me with what I needed. He was so helpful, informative, polite, and really new what he was doing. He provided me with so much relief! I would recommend the print center or any of you office needs at Staples. Needed to restock on "Security Loops" (plastic tag fasteners), but Staples no longer carries them. I'm giving 4 stars for the salesperson named "Lillie". She tried her best to help me. She took the time to walk with me to the isle that had price tags, plastic fasteners, etc. I pointed out the tag fastener they had, but I was looking for fasteners that doesn't need a fastener gun. She made a note of it & took the time to look up the item online, but no luck. Oh well, at least she tried & I appreciated it very much. Lillie was a very good example of "good customer service" with a smile! If you ever need anything here in Esplanade Staples, ask for "Lillie". She'll be happy to help you out. :) read more

Disappointed with Staples...they were always our go-to local supplier. But over the last year or so I've come to realize this place is better suited for home-based businesses and students. Larger businesses need a better level of service, commitment, and convenience. Our latest endeavor with Staples: 1. Prices online didn't match store prices - by 30% - and they wouldn't match in-store even after we showed them the lower prices on their site 2. Print-order website is terrible - way too much time to upload compared to someone like docucopies or OD 3. Order not completed on time - major problem for us as our event was the next day. Killing family time now... 4. Challenging to get refund even though print job was never started! Numerous phone calls required to get refund (for an online order - really - it's 2016?) and a huge waste of personal time Like I said, cute place to go to buy your phone case or drop off your UPS packages. But if you need to rely on your vendors to help earn you money, choose someone who understands the importance of quality service. read more

I have been a customer with Staples for several years and by far this is the worst location I've ever encountered. I sent my husband to make copies early during the week and it took over one hour to get the job completed. The copy machine kept jamming and they couldn't figure out the problem. Then they made copies that was the incorrect size. A few days later I needed the same request, copies of an 8x14 legal size and the representative was unknowledgeable and handed me copies that was incorrect. Then she attempted to redo the job, once again the machine jammed and she couldn't get the printer to work. She called her manager LAURA who also was rude and didn't have any clue how to resolve the problem herself. I advised her that I had been at her store for over an hour and had the same issue early during the week. She completely ignored me and start helping other customers and put me last on her priority list of customers to help. It was near to closing time, I had to drive to the Camarillo location to get my printing job done. Even though it was near to closing at the second location 2 nice gentlemen George & MIke completed my printing job with no hassle or confusion. Words of advice B2C... corporate needs to step in and give their employees at this Oxnard location more training on how to work their printers and treat their customers with more respect. read more

I've been to a lot of electronic and office stores in my time. Staples is awesome!! Great customer service and usually has what ever I need at just as or better then the other stores. The only reason they got 1 star is am not able to submit unless I rate them. 0 STARS... Manager is quick to rush and challenge customer. Item was paid for on-line, chooses to explain policies over the phone instead of in person when I am there. Speaker phone instead of handling like a true GM should, what's to argue with customer... What joke... I'll take my business elsewhere. SALES=HOURS... and in a time like this, you are hurting sales for everyone in that building. Should have just given me what I purchased...
