Called ahead of time to make sure they had time to complete my order. They did so I brought in 109 calendars to have them drill holes in them for hanging. The employees who helped me were all very friendly and polite. I was a little worried about using FedEx for this but I couldn't find anyone else with the machines to drill/punch papers so I took a chance. My order was ready when they said it would be, which was great. 8.2% of the calendars had one or more bad or ugly holes. Scraps of paper in the hole, holes not 100% complete, or tears in the paper. This is way better than if I'd try to do drill them myself, but I do sort of expect something more from a business that has the professional tools and presents themselves as completely capable of handling my project. I think what they needed to do was put some scrap paper under the stack of calendars so the calendars weren't the very bottom of the drilling. I am guessing the bottom pages were the ones that got messed up since it was always the last months that were bad on the calendars that did have problems. I didn't notice this until I got home since the majority were fine and looked okay when I flipped through them at the counter. One other thing, I told them I wanted the smallest hole - I said I wanted 1/8". Apparently their smallest drill bit was 3/16" since that's what I got instead without them calling to check with me on that size hole. Not terrible, but not technically what I asked for/expected. Overall "Okay" job. In the future I'll try harder to get the calendar company to drill the holes since I trust them to do it right. Oh, they were ridiculously cheap for this task too. Less than $20 to drill 109 calendars. That part was 5 stars.

I ask if shes saying i dont have common sense she just walked to the back and stayed back there avoiding the whole situation.I asked james for the store number he begins to hand me a card and says its on the card i ask do u care about this job he replies "honestly no" at this point jeniffer comes back to the front in his defense to say hes new here second day! Porch pirates--unfortunately--are a byproduct of our era. With the rise of convenient home delivery…read morecomes a new kind of criminal, the kind that lurks not in the night, but in broad daylight, ready to swipe packages meant to bring joy, surprise, or necessity. Ring cameras have become our first line of defense, with entire pages dedicated to exposing these sanctity-violating thieves. But sometimes, technology isn't enough. Sometimes, you have to outsmart the system altogether. I had a piece of artwork scheduled for delivery--not just something expensive, but something irreplaceable. I wasn't about to gamble on timing, nor did I want to rely on an insurance claim that could never truly replace what the piece meant to me. The answer? Direct shipment to a FedEx HUB. And let me just say--they got it done. Sure, it took a moment to track the package down in the sea of boxes, but the team was committed. One team member even walked me out to my car, just in case the package didn't fit in my sedan. That kind of service--the simple act of having someone there to troubleshoot with you, to share in your logic and help you work through the problem--is rare these days. It's not just about moving boxes. It's about caring for what's in them. And in this case, the FedEx team did just that. From protecting irreplaceable cargo to offering a reassuring presence in a moment of logistical stress--they delivered in more ways than one. Grateful for their help, and for reminding me that sometimes, the best support is as simple as showing up and thinking a step ahead.

Update: I got a call this morning from FedEx. They said they were trying to get information on an…read moreapartment number. HOW?????? I have now told FedEx FOUR times JUST for this package. I do not understand how this can be this difficult. I don't have a lot of hope of getting future packages. Apparently delivering a package is very difficult for FedEx. I've lived in my apartment building for two weeks and I've already had two packages delayed because they can't seem to figure out how to deliver it. The first one, they called and said it was delayed because there was no apartment number. I said it's because there is no apartment number. Each apartment has it's own address. They delivered it the next day. Now on week two, they call me again and say the same thing about another package. I called the main FedEx number and told them how frustrating it was, asked how they delivered packages before I moved in, and explained that this package was a $200 annual parking pass and I would now have to pay $10 to park because this package is now three days late being delivered. All the delivery person has to do is get out of the truck and look at the numbers. They said they would add a note and it would be here today. Nope! I just called again and chewed the customer service guy out (although I told him I knew this wasn't his fault). How hard is this???? Seriously, IT'S YOUR ONLY JOB!!
