I wasn't thrilled with the way the previous owner interacted with me, but I really wanted a convenient place to send and receive mail for my business. To my pleasant surprise, just a few months later, a new owner took over at Postal Magic! The first time I walked in after the ownership change, I still remember Norma greeting me with a great big smile and a warm, positive attitude. From that point on, I've sincerely enjoyed every visit to the shop, even though I'm just going in to do the mundane task of picking up and sending out mail. At this point, even my youngest son looks forward to Postal Magic visits. Norma is always ready with a free sticker or cute little toy that she generously offers to him. It's just one example of the kind, honest, and good-natured values with which Norma runs the shop. I think my little one might even have a crush on Norma because she is so nice to him! I wouldn't consider using another malbox center in town even if I lived across town. I can always depend on Norma and her mailbox prices are extremely reasonable compared to others. I waited a month since moving to another mailbox location and the difference is REAL, NO MORE LOST PACKAGES, no more customer complaints or searches for lost mail with USPS or "forgotten" texts regarding important arrivals, it doesn't happen anymore. Attitude cost me MONEY, CUSTOMERS, and AGGRAVATION (I think they ripped me off for my business returns that UPS obviously didn't lose) that was unnecessary, and damaged mail shoved into my mailbox. Now I can't purchase a house today and my seller can't purchase THEIR house today. We have to postpone two major real estate transactions and the bank and title company for both purchases have to do the paperwork again and re-work all the numbers. What a mess.
