It's dead, no lines, simple, fast. What more do you need? I would come here over the other post offices any day of the week.

Ive never had issues returning items at other ups locations so this was weird. Then Jennifer chimed in with a laminated paper on amazons rules i read over it didnt say anywhere i cant use the box i had just customer packaged as my QR code stated she proceeds to tell me "well anyone with common sense would know" like ma'am excuse me? I ask if shes saying i dont have common sense she just walked to the back and stayed back there avoiding the whole situation.I asked james for the store number he begins to hand me a card and says its on the card i ask do u care about this job he replies "honestly no" at this point jeniffer comes back to the front in his defense to say hes new here second day! Idc if its day one you dont treat customers like a burdon neither of them came to me with a solution or even a potential sale of a box just simply told me i have no common sense and the silent treatment...I would love to speak to the store manager or ups themselves

With the rise of convenient home delivery…read morecomes a new kind of criminal, the kind that lurks not in the night, but in broad daylight, ready to swipe packages meant to bring joy, surprise, or necessity. Ring cameras have become our first line of defense, with entire pages dedicated to exposing these sanctity-violating thieves. But sometimes, technology isn't enough. Sometimes, you have to outsmart the system altogether. I had a piece of artwork scheduled for delivery--not just something expensive, but something irreplaceable. I wasn't about to gamble on timing, nor did I want to rely on an insurance claim that could never truly replace what the piece meant to me. The answer? Direct shipment to a FedEx HUB. And let me just say--they got it done. Sure, it took a moment to track the package down in the sea of boxes, but the team was committed. One team member even walked me out to my car, just in case the package didn't fit in my sedan. That kind of service--the simple act of having someone there to troubleshoot with you, to share in your logic and help you work through the problem--is rare these days. It's not just about moving boxes. It's about caring for what's in them. And in this case, the FedEx team did just that. From protecting irreplaceable cargo to offering a reassuring presence in a moment of logistical stress--they delivered in more ways than one. Grateful for their help, and for reminding me that sometimes, the best support is as simple as showing up and thinking a step ahead.

I do not understand how this can be this difficult. I don't have a lot of hope of getting future packages. Apparently delivering a package is very difficult for FedEx. I've lived in my apartment building for two weeks and I've already had two packages delayed because they can't seem to figure out how to deliver it. The first one, they called and said it was delayed because there was no apartment number. I said it's because there is no apartment number. Each apartment has it's own address. They delivered it the next day. Now on week two, they call me again and say the same thing about another package. I called the main FedEx number and told them how frustrating it was, asked how they delivered packages before I moved in, and explained that this package was a $200 annual parking pass and I would now have to pay $10 to park because this package is now three days late being delivered. All the delivery person has to do is get out of the truck and look at the numbers. They said they would add a note and it would be here today. Nope! I just called again and chewed the customer service guy out (although I told him I knew this wasn't his fault). How hard is this???? Seriously, IT'S YOUR ONLY JOB!!
