What happens if order sometimes and have it sent to the pmb box but the item is to big to store in a mailbox might thier be a fee associated at pickup? As well as is thier a pickup fee for the pmb service?

There is no additional fee unless it is not picked up during the stated time. Thanks.

For the pmb rentals how long do you hold the mail for? Might be be a fee after a certain duration and I also understand thier might be a fee for pickup?

Your mail can be held until your term is due. You do not have to pick up your mail daily.

How big are the for-rent PMB Boxes?

Hello. The largest box is 14-1/2 x 11 x 6. We offer package receiving with every private mailbox rental.

Kevin is brilliant in how he packs up the truck to maximize its occupancy. One day, one truck and one trip he moved our 4 bedroom house. Unloading was fast and efficient, taking in furniture that wouldn't fit in the doorways, he figured out other non-conventional ways to get it in without scratching the door frame, staircase or walls. The final payment was not very far from the initial estimate Sarah had given on the phone. I was shopping around for prices and I like how she would politely text and leave me messages to remind me they were still interested in my business. Moving is stressful and I was glad the actual move day was not.

I was on a severe time crunch and they really saved my family. When I first reached out for bids, through Yelp, I received 15 canned/automated responses and Grant's personal message. I do not know where to begin with this review. If I could sum it up in 2 words, it would be -…read moreunprofessional and unethical. I made a reservation for a move from Torrance to SCV with Grant but never received a confirmation- 1st red flag!! Grant and another guy showed up on moving day in a U haul, 1 roll of tape and a few raggedy blankets - 2nd red flag!! They took 6.5 hours to load a 2 bedroom and needed constant supervision. One of them also took a 20 min restroom break in the middle of the move in addition to the normal allocated break. Upon reaching SCV, we found our glass dining table top damaged along with a couple of other items. Grant came over a couple of days later and took measurements to replace the glass table top. Since that day (6 weeks since the move) it's been a game of evade and lies. He says he has the table top on order but no idea of when it is due. Now he won't return calls or messages. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. I have to resort to calling him from unknown numbers to get him to answer his phone. I have reported them to the BBB. The good reviews on here are people who just got lucky dealing with this joke of a company!! Please do yourself a favor and pick an honest, reliable and professional company other than these clowns!

The two movers, Tim, the crew leader, and Sergei, were both very professional, courteous, and took great care with all of my possessions. I had a lot of furniture and 85 boxes and a long stairway for them to go down, and they were very careful with their hand trucks on each step. Nothing I own was damaged. Tim also disassembled and reassembled a large dining table I was concerned about. I left some items curbside for LA Sanitation "Bulky Item Pickup" (I had previously arranged the pickup) to pick up the next day (which they did), and both movers cooperated with me every step of the way. They were also careful moving items into the hardwood floors of my new apartment, reassembling the table, lamps etc. in my new place. I chose Trek because of their very favorable reviews on Yelp and Google, but what really sold me on them was the way their Customer Service people Arthur and Andrew handled my initial calls. I called several movers, but both Arthur and Andrew at Trek were outstanding communicators and from the first call made me feel confident and well informed regarding my move. They were very helpful throughout the 3 week time period from first contact to move completion. Trek's strong commitment to full disclosure and transparency was evident from the beginning. I give Trek Movers the highest possible recommendation, and will not hesitate to use them for any future moves.

We recently used Sinatra Movers for a short move within Santa Monica (about 3 blocks). The move…read moreconsisted of about 1.5 bedrooms' worth of furniture and boxes. The 3-man crew worked hard, was professional, and completed the move in about 4.5 hours. I would have given the experience 5 stars, but we did run into a misunderstanding at the end that resulted in additional charges we were not expecting. That said, after following up with the company, they reviewed the situation and resolved it to our satisfaction. To help avoid any surprises, in addition to using a "Yelp Guaranteed" mover like Sinatra, I'd recommend confirming a couple of things ahead of time: 1. What materials (especially shrink wrap and tape) are included versus charged separately--and what those costs are. It's also worth asking for an estimate of how much may be used, as those charges can add up quickly. Our move, for example, used six rolls of shrink wrap. Tip: If you want to manage costs, you might consider sourcing your own materials in advance as it can save you quite a bit. 2. Whether any of your items may be considered heavy or bulky and subject to additional charges. That all being said, we appreciated the Sinatra team's hard work and their willingness to work with us to reach a resolution. We would definitely consider using them again.

STORE 4296 should be REPORTED to UPS corporate…read more Unfortunately, this is one of the worst UPS Stores in Westlake VIllage or even from here to Downtown Los Angeles, and that's saying a lot because I go to many locations. The biggest issue is the owner, John. He is consistently rude and unprofessional, which clearly explains why so many reviews mention his poor customer service. I asked for his name and he flat out refused, saying, "I'm not telling you." That alone says everything. So immature. This location nickel and dimes customers. Unlike most UPS Stores, they do not tape boxes BUT instead SELL YOU TAPE. For a UPS Store, this feels cheap and unnecessary, especially when other locations tape boxes without issue. They also do not scan packages at the counter. You are told to go do it yourself at the kiosk. Yes they'll help but c'mon just scan a few boxes at the counter when the store is empty! When I placed my boxes on the counter, John removed all of them and put them on the floor, saying customers needed the counter space. The store was EMPTY, one of the slowest locations around because of the owners' terrible service... What makes this even more frustrating is that the younger employees are great. They are polite, helpful, and professional. If the owners stepped back and let the young people who understand service run the place, this store's reputation would improve instantly. Unfortunately, the two older men who run it, including John, are a problem. I now go out of my way to use other UPS locations. Better service, faster experience, a little more understanding customers should be provided tape, and no attitude.

I had a heavy package to bring in and one of the kind employees retrieved it from the car for me without being asked. They handle my returns efficiently and I always leave with a receipt. Thank you for being there for us!
