When I received a Full-Price Offer on my home in Laguna Niguel, CA the only stipulation from the Buyers was a 30-day Escrow. I countered their offer with a 90-day Escrow because I didn't see ANY way in the world that I could handle such a FAST move! Kyle and his team called the morning of to let us know they were on their way and got there early. They loaded up so quickly, made sure everything was packed safely and secure. We even had two pick up stops for a storage unit and a house. Kyle's team made sure and accommodate us with placing items needing access for 2nd pickup easily for us. The two movers, Tim, the crew leader, and Sergei, were both very professional, courteous, and took great care with all of my possessions. I had a lot of furniture and 85 boxes and a long stairway for them to go down, and they were very careful with their hand trucks on each step. Nothing I own was damaged. Tim also disassembled and reassembled a large dining table I was concerned about. I left some items curbside for LA Sanitation "Bulky Item Pickup" (I had previously arranged the pickup) to pick up the next day (which they did), and both movers cooperated with me every step of the way. They were also careful moving items into the hardwood floors of my new apartment, reassembling the table, lamps etc. in my new place. I chose Trek because of their very favorable reviews on Yelp and Google, but what really sold me on them was the way their Customer Service people Arthur and Andrew handled my initial calls. I called several movers, but both Arthur and Andrew at Trek were outstanding communicators and from the first call made me feel confident and well informed regarding my move. They were very helpful throughout the 3 week time period from first contact to move completion. Trek's strong commitment to full disclosure and transparency was evident from the beginning. When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. His crew showed up on time and they were all very friendly and professional and got everything done, blanket wrapped everything, took everything apart, plastic wrapped, and put screws into ziplock bags. They were done in half the time than anticipated and only charged me for the time they were here. They also made sure not to stack too high since I had space left in the front so I could throw stuff in there after they were done if I needed to. If I could hire them to unpack out of state, I would!

The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. Thank you!
