So impressed with this business! I had to get a LiveScan for the new organization I am volunteering with and luckily found this location close to my school. Faraz was so incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect and even printed out the form for me for free because I wasn't prepared beforehand. I was going to swing by the post office to get some stamps after the LiveScan and they saved me a stop because they sell them here! So great to get a LiveScan in such a comfortable environment (especially considering the last time I got one was in the police station at my old campus)! This was my first visit to this location. I had a couple of packages to ship and discovered that they provide USPS services, thereby avoiding a trip to the post office. The employee at the counter was exceptionally helpful. He efficiently processed my packages and provided a receipt without me having to ask. There are other shipping businesses I have been to where the employee will accept your packages however will not offer a receipt and expect you to leave right away. The employee took the time to scan all my packages and answered my questions regarding USPS and UPS pickup schedules. I certainly plan to revisit this location for my future shipping needs. read more

I set up a virtual mailbox online with a third party that made it complicated to complete the USPS requirements. The owner totally went out of his way to help me, even going as far as to chat with the third party platform to resolve everything. All that meant that I didn't have to make another trip. High level of service - I called to get their hours and that day they had to close early for fires and they literally called me back to give me the heads up so I wouldn't show up and expect them to be open. One stop to do all your mailing. They have many mailing boxes at fairly good prices compare to couple other places I checked. I will definitely get one next time I go back. They even have notary if you need to get one. The gentleman that works there is very friendly and helpful. I usually waste more than 30 minutes waiting in the line at the post office but we got everything done in less than 10 minutes! He was nice enough to tell me that I would save money by mailing couple of my packages via UPS instead of USPS. Who doesn't like to save money! Try them out next time you want to mail something and you will become a customer like me. read more

I went into Box Express on Monday (it's now Wednesday night) to ask about setting up a virtual mailbox for a new small-scale business I'm starting. I was helped by Faraz Mohabbati, who explained everything clearly and started the process for me. I finished it online (it can't be completed in person since the U.S. Postal Service is involved) and promptly received messages back with further instructions. When I received a message that my application was still pending because the ID photos I'd provided online were blurry, I sent new, clearer, photos by email. When 24 hours passed without a response, I went into Box Express again, where Faraz filled out a lot of paperwork, spent some time on the computer and then told me I was good to go. I had another question later, so I emailed the business. He answered the email right away. I don't remember ever receiving such excellent, and friendly, customer service.
