Realize on Monday afternooon that my contract, which has to be notarized, was due Monday, not Wednesday, and drove up at 5:15 pm in a cold panic but fortunately, on weekdays the Postal Annex on Kanan are open until 6:00. it was ... complicated... and Robert helped me figure everything out, get it printed, get it organized and waited patiently while I zipped home to get my passport so that he could notarize it. He got my documentation to me as a PDF so that I made my deadline while remaining calm and cheerful. HUGE fan now. He took an evening that was dipping down towards awful and turned it into awesome! I stood in line for about 15 minutes on a Saturday, fully expecting to return an Amazon package, only to find out after waiting that the store had no internet, so I couldn't even pull up my Amazon return QR code. This wasn't posted anywhere or mentioned while people were waiting in line. The employee helping me (a kid who clearly didn't care) told me I could go next door to Carl's Jr. to try to get online since he's not allowed to give his Internet access out. Seriously? That's not a solution. To make matters worse, the UPS Store in Newbury Park has closed, and Amazon is no longer offering Kohl's in Newbury Park as a return option -- so this location was my only reasonable choice. Instead of being helpful, they wanted to charge me $4.50 just to print the label, after already wasting my time. The young man's service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The employees seemed inexperienced and completely uninterested in customer service. I won't be returning to this store. Poor communication, poor service, and zero concern for customers. Also, when I told him I would be writing a yelp, he told me he wouldn't serve me.... Good luck UPS store. I won't be returning or ordering from Amazon anymore.
