On Friday, it was an all male crew. my review is going to be focused mainly on the notary service because dropping off a UPS package should be a seamless experience and it is here. Few things that are convenient about this location, #1 being it's so simple to trip link here. There's Ralphs, CVS, Starbucks, & a number of eateries. #2 parking is free. Thank God. Hate nothing more than paying for parking for errands. Added perk that there is no parking structure. #3 I was able to book the notary appointment in advance. It made this really easy because I knew the notary would be there upon arrival. Another added benefit is the documents I executed required signatures of witnesses. My husband couldn't be a witness but the staff at the UPS location were able to witness the docs for me and they are able to list the storage address as their address for the witness signature, which is ideal. This was simple and easy! I would definitely recommend their notary services. I was even able to make copies right after wet signing everything. Perfect.

Realize on Monday afternooon that my contract, which has to be notarized, was due Monday, not Wednesday, and drove up at 5:15 pm in a cold panic but fortunately, on weekdays the Postal Annex on Kanan are open until 6:00. it was ... complicated... and Robert helped me figure everything out, get it printed, get it organized and waited patiently while I zipped home to get my passport so that he could notarize it. He got my documentation to me as a PDF so that I made my deadline while remaining calm and cheerful. HUGE fan now. He took an evening that was dipping down towards awful and turned it into awesome! He lied about the email I sent so he didn't have to look for it. Extremely rude, lazy, argumentative, disrespectful and dysfunctional. He seemed high too. Not sure how he got a job there??and how a manager can hire people like that? Do they do background checks before hire? I'm disappointed to say the Manager of the store, as much as she was always helpful in the past & we liked her is not effective and strong enough to handle complaints. She tried to turn things around and used manipulation tactics for the situation when I made my complaint & requested a refund on an overpriced incorrect print from Mark. I came here on a Sunday since the Kanan UPS store (which is always great) was closed. The line was…read morelong, and Tory was moving incredibly slow. While waiting, I looked at some packing supplies near the register. He suddenly yelled at me to get back in line and not touch anything until it was my turn completely loud and unnecessary, especially in front of my 11-year-old daughter. When we finally got to the counter, he immediately started interrogating me about the contents of the box like as if I was shipping a kilo of powder. I explained my daughter crochets custom animals for military kids with deployed parents and records YouTube videos for the families. Instead of helping, he dismissed it, said UPS would be "too expensive," and told me to go to USPS not even without checking a single price. No weighing, no scanning, no real service. He didn't treat other customers prior to me this way. Whether it was profiling or just bad service, It was a terrible experience. The Kanan store is respectful and professional--this one isn't.

Ok When my wife and I came in, one of the guys asked how he could help us, so I told him we need to send an envelope to Mexico. He said that he would be happy to help. We went up to the desk and told him where in Mexico we needed to send the package and then he very vocally, as if he was addressing the entire store, started talking about how they don't send packages to Mexico and about corruption and police problems.
