Will be sticking with fed ex and ups moving forward and more than happy to pay more for it.

Lots of easy in/out parking at this location and full services available. Usually I use the self serve scales and postage, but there was only one person in line and I wanted to peruse the card for something cute to send my friend. I asked politely to please keep the package upright and treat with care as they are fragile. Every encounter with each of these employees is met with hostility and just rude service and say that they can't do that. You can't treat a package with care or keep it upright or you just don't want to b/c you are spiteful and rude ? People shouldn't have to encounter terrible workers like these 2 ladies. As for my experience: Terrible service. Agnes was rude right from the start. I asked which box I should use for my shipping label, and she snapped, "You don't know?" I asked if she could scan the label I was clearly holding, and she just told me to go pack my item without explaining anything. I asked which box to use since they're different prices, and she said, "Pick a box. I don't know." Super unhelpful. After I packed it and waited in line again, she said, "It's not taped," with a bad attitude. No help, no explanation, just rude.
