Remember if you are mail a package-- make sure you bring your own tape or tape it up in advance. The post office no longer provides tape. Also bring a pen with you in case you need one.

She told me I had to buy a whole role for $3.99. This is the SECOND time they did this to me. I get it's not her fault but this is clearly a "nickel and dime" policy and while I can easily pay it, it's the principle as to how poorly run the post office is and why they are always bankrupt. Will be sticking with fed ex and ups moving forward and more than happy to pay more for it.

In all actually she did all the work for me: packed the box, got the label and finalized the package. All with a smile and a friendly conversation. I appreciate the customer service had at this location from the minute I walked in till the time I left! This location offers a host of services that include packing, shredding, copying shipping and more. Its a one stop shop! Plenty of parking in the lots around the shop, despite a sometimes-busy area located near Sprouts, a coffee shop and more.

I asked politely to please keep the package upright and treat with care as they are fragile. You can't treat a package with care or keep it upright or you just don't want to b/c you are spiteful and rude ? People shouldn't have to encounter terrible workers like these 2 ladies. Over the holidays I was able to park right outside the door and drag in boxes to mail and there was never a wait. And unlike the post office lately (who all of a sudden have taken to upselling in an extreme way), they check the prices and options for you and help determine the best way to mail each item. That alone saves me money and time. They also have mail boxes available, will send faxes for you, make copies, etc. All with a smile and a genuine conversation. This is how post offices used to be!
