I had a P.O. Box here for over a year, and would have kept it if I didn't move. The owner of this mailbox location is one of the kindest and most patient people I've met. My friend, who wasn't listed on my P.O. Box, kept sending mail there. The owner politely reminded me several times that he needed to be added to the box before receiving anything. Even when he never went in to fill out the paperwork, she still calmly handed me his mail and kindly reiterated their policy each time. Eventually, I asked her to start returning his mail since he wasn't following through. But when she noticed one of his checks had arrived, knowing it was important, she still made sure I got it. She never once seemed annoyed or frustrated--just consistently understanding, professional, and caring. A truly wonderful person running a great business. I stumbled across this place while searching for gift wrapping and there was nothing better than the quality of service I received here. Christmas snuck up on me with presents bought but no time or place to wrap them before Christmas thanks to my work schedule... enter Jeff and his family at the Mail and Parcel along with their helpful Labrador behind the counter. I dropped off 7 packages at 9am and by 5pm they were beautifully wrapped with bows and gift tags attached way more artfully than I could have pulled off! Prices for wrapping depended on size with a range of $5-10 for reasonably sized boxes and there were 12 different wrapping paper designs available to choose from. I wish I had a need for a mailbox or something to support this awesome little family run shop. I certainly will be taking any packages I need shipped here in the future because of the great service and the happy pup behind the counter. read more

I came here because I had a lot of documents to fax over to a company and Fed Fex/Kinkos charges $1.19 for ONE page. I faxed 19 pages and it only cost me $6. The owner, Jeff was really friendly and helpful. They also offer shipping here, and I'm sure it's cost effective here than UPS, USPS or Fed-Ex. They also offer secured shredding and it's 75 cents per pound. This is a great place for the locals to do their printing, shipping, faxing and shredding. read more

Unlike the USPS Post Office, this place allows you to have UPS, FedEx, US Mail, etc., shipped here securely to your mailbox without worrying about someone stealing packages off your doorstep. This place is amazing. I brought a ton of (unpackaged) stuff to Jeff, dumped it on the counter, and asked him to ship it to Disney World for me. He asked me some questions about what I was shipping, figured out the best and least expensive way to do it, and I paid and was on my way super quick. When I got back home, I got an e-mail with a tracking number. I just checked and my package arrived at its destination the exact day Jeff told me it would, safe and sound. This is by far the best mailing center in Simi. I mail a LOT of items for work and Jeff is always extremely helpful. He helps me pack the boxes and gives me alternatives to get my items to their location the most economical way possible. After my transaction I always get a detailed receipt and tracking numbers are automatically sent to my email address. They also store the names of past client I have mailed to so I don't have to go redo it every time I ship something.
