My friend, who wasn't listed on my P.O. Box, kept sending mail there. The owner politely reminded me several times that he needed to be added to the box before receiving anything. Even when he never went in to fill out the paperwork, she still calmly handed me his mail and kindly reiterated their policy each time. Eventually, I asked her to start returning his mail since he wasn't following through. But when she noticed one of his checks had arrived, knowing it was important, she still made sure I got it. She never once seemed annoyed or frustrated--just consistently understanding, professional, and caring. A truly wonderful person running a great business. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful service.

I was greeted by a pleasant employee, to whom I explained that I needed copies of a small number of pages from the binder I brought in. She said no problem and I handed her the first stack of 20 or so individual pages. I am assuming she was a new employee because she had to call someone to ask how to load the half sized pages I had handed her. After several minutes I looked up and noticed that instead of placing the stack into the auto-feeder, she was placing each page onto the glass, taking a copy them flipping it over to copy the back. I stopped her and asked why she was doing it like that and she said the auto feeder wasn't keeping the I pages straight (which was due to her loading them in backwards). I explained that the order of the pages was very important and I didn't have confidence that her method could ensure that so I asked her to return the originals. She did. I then asked if they could produce a life-size cutout of a cartoon character for a birthday party I was planning. She took my info and promised a call back with a quote after her boss got back from lunch. So that must be an epic lunch because it has been over a week and no call yet, soooo.....still waiting.
