Kevin is brilliant in how he packs up the truck to maximize its occupancy. One day, one truck and one trip he moved our 4 bedroom house. Unloading was fast and efficient, taking in furniture that wouldn't fit in the doorways, he figured out other non-conventional ways to get it in without scratching the door frame, staircase or walls. The final payment was not very far from the initial estimate Sarah had given on the phone. I was shopping around for prices and I like how she would politely text and leave me messages to remind me they were still interested in my business. Moving is stressful and I was glad the actual move day was not.

The 2 movers assigned to me were Very angry when the person in the supervision role suggested a tip along with the percentage expected. This was a split destination - 5 miles to storage in 1 direction and 6 miles to a residence in another. They were very methodical, were careful with furniture. They wrapped as tho we were expecting a hurricane which is fine but it was done sooooo slowly. A 5 mile drive to storage took them 25 minutes while I waited for them. They were not in a hurry @ all. I had plants to go, large pots. The supervisor complained that all of that created stress on their bodies. But it's what they sign on to do! I did well to pay for the move & couldn't include a tip . They began so professional then turned on a dime and became just furious. One said " We broke our backs for you today!" And kept saying it over and over I called RC afterward. The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. Every item was handled with great care, and everything arrived without a single scratch or issue. Artem, Kemel, Arthur, and Alexey K were hardworking, careful, and incredibly skilled.
