When I first walked in, two female employees were both on their cell phones. Neither acknowledged me until I said hello. Another customer walked in at the same time, and we were both told we needed to go back outside to access our shipping information because, despite the WiFi password being posted, we were told not to use it and instead "go outside for service." The other customer and I even commented to each other about how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt, almost as though we were inconveniencing the employees simply by asking for help. I proceeded with my shipment and was initially quoted one shipping price after clearly explaining the details of my package. Once everything was processed, I was then told the actual price was nearly double -- $270. I completely understand that shipping prices themselves are not the employees' fault, and I was polite when I explained that I would need to explore other shipping options due to the cost. What I do not understand is the behavior that followed. I asked if I could borrow the dolly because my two packages together weighed around 120 pounds. One employee gestured toward the back and told me to go get it myself. I did not feel comfortable walking behind the counter into their back office area, so instead I carried the first package out to my car manually. When I walked back in for the second package, the same employee suddenly raised her voice at me and accused me of "throwing a fit" because I had supposedly asked her to do three things at once. I was completely shocked because I had not asked her to do anything beyond borrowing the dolly. She continued yelling at me, saying she did not need to help me at all. I then reached for a business card on the counter and asked if the person listed was the manager. She pointed to a man -- who was also on his cell phone -- and confirmed he was. He had been standing there listening to the entire interaction and watching her yell at me without stepping in once. When I asked to speak with him, his response felt extremely dismissive. While he was apologizing, the employee continued yelling over him, and he never once asked her to stop, step away, or behave professionally. I told him she should be apologizing for the way she treated me and making an effort to correct the situation. Her response was simply that she "would not apologize." At that point, I informed them I would no longer be doing business there, and the manager's only response was, "I'm sorry to hear that." I am disgusted by the complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability shown in this store. I will be escalating this experience to UPS corporate. I also attempted to file a complaint through the BBB, only to discover this location is not accredited and currently holds a C+ rating due to unanswered customer complaints.

Every time I walk in the door I am greeted like a long lost friend.It's a good feeling to walk into the door of a business and not looked at as a dollar sign.I highly recommend this business to anyone that has anything that needs to be mailed, notarized or just want an extra knickknack, for a stocking stuffer. From the owner on down, they know what they're doing and know how to treat people. By the way, they have some great deals.

The owner has always been pleasant to work with.....until the last time that I was there. I assume that he was having a bad day, however, he made it clear that I was not welcome to come back without stating this directly. I sometimes I ship out things to businesses that will be returned to me. Because of past problems with this location I am extremely careful to ask them to put my name AND address as the shipper, so that it is clear that I do not want the shipment going back to their location by accident. This time the person that I did this through forgot and put MY name on the shipping address but Postal Junction's address. I contacted the company that i had shipped the item to and got the tracking number for the return to me and discovered that it was being shipped back to Postal Annex. Okay mistakes happen. I tend to not get too excited, no one's perfect. The UPS tracking number said the return package would arrive at PJ between 1:15 and 3:15, I showed up at 3:10. Alex wanted to charge me $5 for storage. WHAT? I told him that i had been very clear when sending the package out that I DID NOT their return address as the shipping address so as to avoid problems. He did not care, and was loudly arguing with me while his customers just looked on. I understand that people need to make a profit. But I also understand good customer service. Finally in a fit of irritation, he loudly proclaimed, "Okay take it" (without paying him his extra profit of storage $5 charge). If he were desperate and had kindly said "I need $5 it's a very bad time for me right now," then I would have given it to him, no questions asked. He does make money from UPS also and I always wanted to support him based on past business with him. Because of that past I give him two stars instead of one star But as I said, I know that I am not welcome back there.

As Approaching The Counter Was A New Gentleman, rather than the regular gals... We Shared We Had Packages (4) That We Wished To Ship... The Counter person Interrupted Us, Stating " no ship packages" We Asked Again - To Clarify - " we no longer are able to ship ANY packages - ?" For Why?" The counter person, in rather broken English stated ' " new manger company.. they says No USP, FED-Ex, nor USPS ships or delivers packages" We Inquired - " and Mail, will we still receive our mail?" Answer nod. " mail stay same" Apparently The Mail Call Owners , by the nane of Corona Are No Longer there... New Management, New Company Name Will Be. " Mail ( letters) Americana"?? The Phone Number Will, At Some Point Be Changed As Well --.As It Is No Longer Working.. Yet counter person Could Not Provide A Definitive Answer As To When This Will Take Place! I had a return label on my phone, I asked if they could print my return label as I have done so by…read moreemailing the file to the store many times with no problems. The guy behind the counter said that he won't print my return label even though he has a label printer. He requested that I pay to use their computer to print out the label on regular paper and have it stuck to the package in one of their slips that stick to a box. It is a UPS label and should be honored and printed at any location. The guy said that he knows other locations do that but this one doesn't. The guy tried to continue wasting my time, requesting that I placate him by paying for "computer time" or that I find somewhere else to print THEIR shipping label. Incompetent, annoying, and inconvenient. I waited to be annoyed in the car, so I just said have a great day and walked out before he could waste any more of my time. Please go anywhere else, you throw a stone in this town and your likely to hit a plaza with another UPS location.

Had to pay for shipping a second time to have package delivered to another location and unfortunately the package is in limbo atm. Reached out to cooperate, just like they informed others to do in this same predicament on yelp, and have not received a response or rectification for payment already made through the end of year for lockbox, etc. Things aren't looking good.
