    I went to usps yesterday Erasmo did every thing he could to help me, USPS at Camarillo is very nice , people always helpful , pick up my mail when i need , give me informations when i need , Thank you Camarillo Post Office

    Torn package and items stolen

    In the last month I've gotten mail that's been tampered with and now I just sent out mail from my business and that package had been opened and their item was stolen. This store needs to be investigated and I will be filing a claim.

    This is the worst Post Office I've ever been at. The staff is slow and rude. I'll never stop a foot 8n this place again

    I love this post office. The people behind the counter are always super nice, and the dropoff (packages and mail) is super convenient.

We live in Mission Oaks and Postal Magic is right around the corner from our home. I wasn't thrilled with the way the previous owner interacted with me, but I really wanted a convenient place to send and receive mail for my business. To my pleasant surprise, just a few months later, a new owner took over at Postal Magic! The first time I walked in after the ownership change, I still remember Norma greeting me with a great big smile and a warm, positive attitude. From that point on, I've sincerely enjoyed every visit to the shop, even though I'm just going in to do the mundane task of picking up and sending out mail. At this point, even my youngest son looks forward to Postal Magic visits. Norma is always ready with a free sticker or cute little toy that she generously offers to him. It's just one example of the kind, honest, and good-natured values with which Norma runs the shop. I think my little one might even have a crush on Norma because she is so nice to him! I wouldn't consider using another malbox center in town even if I lived across town. I can always depend on Norma and her mailbox prices are extremely reasonable compared to others. If you are shopping around for the right place to setup a mailbox in Camarillo, THIS is the place to do it. We love Postal Magic and we appreciate you Norma! PS: If you're concerned about the 3.2 rating ... keep in mind only TWO 1 star ratings are from the new ownership and those two ratings are NOT a reflection of the way this store operates. To be honest they both sound like people who would complain even if Mother Theresa herself were to rise from the dead, take over at Postal Magic and try to offer them free services!

First, there's an area where you can drop off your letters and packages, a self-service area to buy stamps and to ship your own boxes, smart lockers to pick up your post office packages more easily, and more. The next area is the actual post office service area, where you stand in line. Now, the waiting room counter area is bigger. The line moves along the counter, so no longer do I have to kick packages forward (unless the package is huge - there's a joke in there somewhere), and I can place my packages on the counter and move them forward. I just had the easiest time shipping out all my holiday gifts because I placed them on the counter and moved them along easily. Thank you, counter! The service here is always professional, friendly, and fun. The line length usually sucks, but I understand that's not anyone's fault. But the workers here always seem to be in good spirits, so I can't be annoyed at the wait time for long when they are so friendly. The post office is WAY more space efficient, and the renovations - while lengthy - were totally worth the wait! The only suggestion I heard while waiting in line is for there to be music playing in the background. That would definitely perk my spirits up even more, but it may make it harder to talk to the cashier unless it is playing at a low volume. Just a suggestion, Oxnard USPS!

    I wish I could not even give this store one star. I was absolutely humiliated and embarrassed by…read morethe employees here today. When I first walked in, two female employees were both on their cell phones. Neither acknowledged me until I said hello. Another customer walked in at the same time, and we were both told we needed to go back outside to access our shipping information because, despite the WiFi password being posted, we were told not to use it and instead "go outside for service." The other customer and I even commented to each other about how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt, almost as though we were inconveniencing the employees simply by asking for help. I proceeded with my shipment and was initially quoted one shipping price after clearly explaining the details of my package. Once everything was processed, I was then told the actual price was nearly double -- $270. I completely understand that shipping prices themselves are not the employees' fault, and I was polite when I explained that I would need to explore other shipping options due to the cost. What I do not understand is the behavior that followed. I asked if I could borrow the dolly because my two packages together weighed around 120 pounds. One employee gestured toward the back and told me to go get it myself. I did not feel comfortable walking behind the counter into their back office area, so instead I carried the first package out to my car manually. When I walked back in for the second package, the same employee suddenly raised her voice at me and accused me of "throwing a fit" because I had supposedly asked her to do three things at once. I was completely shocked because I had not asked her to do anything beyond borrowing the dolly. She continued yelling at me, saying she did not need to help me at all. I then reached for a business card on the counter and asked if the person listed was the manager. She pointed to a man -- who was also on his cell phone -- and confirmed he was. He had been standing there listening to the entire interaction and watching her yell at me without stepping in once. When I asked to speak with him, his response felt extremely dismissive. While he was apologizing, the employee continued yelling over him, and he never once asked her to stop, step away, or behave professionally. I told him she should be apologizing for the way she treated me and making an effort to correct the situation. Her response was simply that she "would not apologize." At that point, I informed them I would no longer be doing business there, and the manager's only response was, "I'm sorry to hear that." I am disgusted by the complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability shown in this store. I will be escalating this experience to UPS corporate. I also attempted to file a complaint through the BBB, only to discover this location is not accredited and currently holds a C+ rating due to unanswered customer complaints.
