Bought a 20 ft. Container from these folks 3 - 4 years ago. When it arrived, the doors were not shut, and they never have shut. I complained about the doors to the container a couple of weeks after receiving it, only to be told it had to be square in order for them to address it. You didn't have to square it to see that it was severly dented on the top clasp, and nothing would correct the issue. The left side bars were rammed into the door and bent. So why am I writing this? Because the roof has multiple leaks, and is rusting through, I will never be able to seal the doors, can't control the humidity inside, and to think others can be duped into believing this Company is Up and Up, only goes to show you how easy it is to be mislead. read more

Bought a high cube 40' container. Was promised doors and latches functioned properly and were all tested. Left door hinge rusted so bad one person could not open or close the door required two grown men to move the door. There is no pre delivery check of doors they just send you whatever they can send out. They do not stand behind what they sell they offer a self help video then offer to have a driver look at it sometime when they are making a delivery near you. Whenever that would happen? Waited a month did not load or use the container waiting on resolution. You pre pay for these sight un seen and you just get what you get with no recourse for any problems. On the surface did a good job on the sales pitch, but then did not account for the information provided for delivery. Delivery company (not Quality Containers) did a great job in making the delivery work, which shouldn't have been difficult with preparation. Very little support to assist when container shifts even on flat level cement. Sent video to show, but you need a tool that is not provided. No courtesy warning or information regarding this and was unprofessionally told that they are not "mind readers." Unit has patches and bent handles (never told this may happen). So far no leaks, though they told me only 30 day warranty (so don't purchase until rainy season). Would not recommend. read more
