I worked with Chris, and they are a top notch container company. Great service, price, delivery experience, etc. The next time we need to purchase another container, I have no doubt we'll be calling Quality Container again. read more

They had the exact container I was looking for and even provided other style/options that I did not even know they had. Price was fair based on other quotes I received. I cannot comment and did not have to worry about delivery because my nephew picked it up and delivered to me. Kathe Nolan was very helpful on my purchase, kept me informed on when it would be ready to be picked up, and followed up after it was picked up to verify that I was happy. Customer service was perfect. read more

Great selection of containers. We have been looking at building a container based house and these guys have been very helpful. All the prices are beyond reasonable and we are grateful to have found them. There are a ton of reasons to use a shipping container and I am glad they have the options to satisfy whatever your needs are. read more

Bought a 20 ft. Container from these folks 3 - 4 years ago. When it arrived, the doors were not shut, and they never have shut. I complained about the doors to the container a couple of weeks after receiving it, only to be told it had to be square in order for them to address it. You didn't have to square it to see that it was severly dented on the top clasp, and nothing would correct the issue. The left side bars were rammed into the door and bent. So why am I writing this? Because the roof has multiple leaks, and is rusting through, I will never be able to seal the doors, can't control the humidity inside, and to think others can be duped into believing this Company is Up and Up, only goes to show you how easy it is to be mislead. read more

Bought a high cube 40' container. Was promised doors and latches functioned properly and were all tested. Left door hinge rusted so bad one person could not open or close the door required two grown men to move the door. There is no pre delivery check of doors they just send you whatever they can send out. They do not stand behind what they sell they offer a self help video then offer to have a driver look at it sometime when they are making a delivery near you. Whenever that would happen? Waited a month did not load or use the container waiting on resolution. You pre pay for these sight un seen and you just get what you get with no recourse for any problems. Mark Obrien Will never buy sight un seen again. read more

Kathe really jumped through hoops for me. I promised my customer that it would show up in a time frame that was unrealistic. Kathe moved things around and helped me not be a liar. She is an awesome lady, and I will continue to do business with her. read more

We just received our conox box today. Chris Williams was probably the easiest and nicest guy to work with. His prices were outstanding along with his excellent customer service. I then spoke with Julianna in billing to complete my purchase and she was just as amazing. Super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this company not only for the killer customer service but the prices and quality of the container was stellar . read more

Had a great discussion with Chris at Quality Containers about my storage needs. He provided details as to products, availability and prices. Ended up purchasing a 40' cargo worthy high cube. It was delivered today. The doors needed a little lubricant as I expected but the container is in great condition. Delivery couldn't have gone any better. Driver was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience. read more

This is my 4th container I've bought from this company. Ask for Chris he will take care of you. Other companies I have used don't compare.

Do not bother with this company! I made a deal and gave them all of my info including my credit card number. The next day I was informed they were out of the container size I purchased and had other ones available for more money! This business is a sham, do not trust them! read more

I have purchased multiple containers now from Chris, he gives me a good price. You can call around and no one will beat their price. He always answers and returns calls in a timely fashion. Very good customer service always polite and fun! He is a low pressure salesman always giving me plenty of time to buy more containers. When I'm not ready he always gives me a follow up call a month later to see how my projects are coming along. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for containers they always go the extra mile to help my business in anyway they can. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. read more

Michael Gonzales was very informative and helpful with the purchase of our storage container, great people skills!!!

On the surface did a good job on the sales pitch, but then did not account for the information provided for delivery. Delivery company (not Quality Containers) did a great job in making the delivery work, which shouldn't have been difficult with preparation. Very little support to assist when container shifts even on flat level cement. Sent video to show, but you need a tool that is not provided. No courtesy warning or information regarding this and was unprofessionally told that they are not "mind readers." Unit has patches and bent handles (never told this may happen). So far no leaks, though they told me only 30 day warranty (so don't purchase until rainy season). Would not recommend. read more

I called looking for a container I'm going to turn into a house. I wasn't sure what type I needed, I got to talk with Christopher who led me to exactly what I was looking for however the one Chris had in mind was way outside my budget and I figured that was it, but Chris was able to help me set up payments that I could make twice a month and be able to own a container much nicer than the one I had called about. Because of Chris and Quality containers I have a Beautiful container to build my new home from. Chris is amazing and truly went above and beyond anything I could have excepted. If youre looking for a container for what ever give Chris a call. read more

Buyers BEWARE , they tell you the containers could have minor dents , scratches and surface rust . They take your money up front and send you cut up rusted junk. when you refuse it they keep a 1/3 of your money. The ladys are liars with no integrity and morals . I believe they run a scam operation. 0 stars should be their option read more

Beware! Spoke with Jacob on phone regarding spacific containers. Made arrangements next day to view these containers he told me he had ... Truth is he won't show you the containers till you pay for them first sight unseen!!! I felt he mislead me in a very unethical manner.
