    AAA+++ This company is a gem, and that their name includes Alliance is appropriate, being that i was even refered to then by another competitor, obviously they have garnered the respect of their clients as well as other professionals in the same trade. I was tasked with helping to find and purchase two 20' shipping containers, their pricing was impressive and quick response in communications was highly helpful, we wanted lock boxes welded on the containers and they did an excellent job at a an affordable price. After we reviewed pricing and confirmed everything, they even lowered the price for delivery without me asking, their normal delivery charge is very fair. Now to finish it all, every successful company establishes good reputation from the interaction of their personnel and satisfaction of the client with their services. their delivery driver Sean is the best, a true professional the kind his willingness to nudge the containers exactly into final position even in non ideal conditions was much appreciated, i know that some companies might just want to avoid the final details but Sean represented his company for the exemplary value and high standard that they deliver.     I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. The short version of the story is they sold me a damaged container: inside of the doors were heavily damaged and did not close or seal properly (see photos). After I reported the damage, they immediately accepted responsibility for shipping a container with pre-existing damage and promised to come and pick up the container (within their service area according to their website) and replace it. After 3 weeks of back and forth, they told me I'm located too far away to pick up the damaged container, BUT WAIT.... if I buy another container, they will deliver it to me to the same location... I finally had file a credit card claim to get a full refund because they refused to repair or replace the damaged container. There are so many other reputable container companies to buy from, why ever consider doing business with a company that charges for a wind and waterproof container (2 year guarantee) but delivers an as-is container that leak on day one because the doors don't seal properly. Consider yourself warned.

All the other quotes I got were way too expensive to consider, but the Dudes saved me! Very reasonably-priced, friendly, easy to work with. Their service doesn't come with all the bells and whistles that more expensive moving companies have, it's more like having a buddy or two (or more) come help you move - or just completely take care of things for you while you sit on the sidelines. But I was still charged for his time! Then they ended up racing through our job and damaged several pieces of furniture. When I pointed out an obvious scratch and chip in the finish on my dining room table, they started making all sorts of excuses about how they didn't do it but it was obvious they did. I had eaten breakfast at that table that morning and it was perfect. They then continued to complain about how they didn't do the damage the rest of the time instead of focusing on the job. As we are moving boxes and unpacking, we have discovered multiple pieces of furniture that have been damaged and marred by their carelessness, including an irreplaceable dresser I inherited from my grandfather. We will never use this service again. We wish we had paid more and gotten real, responsible movers! We have continued to find damage as we unpack. These guys damaged almost every piece of furniture they touched. There are also gouges in our freshly painted walls. Help ignored our emails reporting this. We Look elsewhere!

I have to point out that Deadra Simms, my main point of contact for any issues, has gone way above and far beyond the scope of today's customer service/fleet support. I have had some difficult situations in the past with companies both as a driver and a customer, and could only dream to be blessed by the service of an individual as great as Miss Simms. She IS Curri as far as I'm concerned, and I'm grateful for the opportunity and support the organization has provided to date.

They have a lot of scams to scam hard working Americans out of their money. Example, I went to pick up a delivery after negotiations and then when I arrived, after I drove 30 mins, the order disappeared and got reassigned for a lower price. $40 delivery. They tried to give me $10 with gas prices the highest in LA, and I had to fight to get $20. Fee days later my money is gone, can't link debit card, money gone, nobody won't respond. I was in the app talking to support, when I logged out to see if it was them or my phone. I wasn't able to log back in and nobody won't respond. I will be filing a civil and criminal lawsuit for thief, defamation of character, pain and suffering and more. I suggest you do the same to. I know a class action lawsuit will come soon and I can't wait. I worked hard for my money and now I can't get because they stole it, which is a crime. I've done cases against other drivers apps and won and I will win this too. I don't care how long it takes. And I'm a do a review everyday until the people know the real deal and not to support this at all. There is no customer service, no human you can talk to on the phone, and they'll steal you money and block you from signing in, all to hope you say forget yhe money you world hard for. I have all the emails for the confirmations and deliveries I did just in case they try and erase the history. I have all the emails and I will get a judge to subpoena the emails we had inside the app. I will file for the most I can sue for and you should too. Boycott Curri now. zero stars

    All I can say is Wow and a big thank you to Burt and Patrick. I called on Friday afternoon for my…read moredaughter who attends Cal Poly. Securing her first apartment with friends, she was told that Friday that she had to pick up her apartment key because the property management firm was not open. That would have been fine had we not been in San Diego! After calling a notary from Yelp (who didn't get back to me), I tried Central. I initially called and spoke with Patrick and told him our situation...we needed someone to pick up the key from the property management office and then hold it for us to pick up on Saturday. After explaining what we were hoping to do, he said "sure thing we can do that." He referred me to Burt who was closer to SLO and I called and explained the situation to him. Even though this was a weird ask for a courier, both Burt and Patrick never made me feel like the job was too petty or small and, in fact, in a refreshingly human way, they responded that they could help. I paid Patrick at 1:00, texted Burt the firm's information, and by 2:00 he had picked up the key with the info (the firm closed at 4:00)! Burt told me to text him the next day (again a Saturday) when we were in Buellton. After stopping at Pea Soup Anderson's for lunch, I texted Burt to let him know we we're leaving. I hadn't checked my phone messages on the drive to Napomo (where Burt's office was) and all the way there I kept thinking will he be there. The entire situation was based on mutual trust. As we got to the office, I saw only one door wide open and there was Burt sitting at the desk. He looked at my daughter and said here's your key and a form you need to fill out with a big smile like a dad helping out. It was AWESOME!!! When I looked at my phone, there was Burt's text saying he was on his way. Thank you Burt and Patrick, you literally saved the day. If you are interested in actually working with human beings that are willing to help you find solutions to the crazy things that life brings, call them! Burt and Patrick you should think about advertising with Cal Poly SLO somehow...we can't be the only family that would have been locked out during move in.
