Ive never had issues returning items at other ups locations so this was weird. Then Jennifer chimed in with a laminated paper on amazons rules i read over it didnt say anywhere i cant use the box i had just customer packaged as my QR code stated she proceeds to tell me "well anyone with common sense would know" like ma'am excuse me? I ask if shes saying i dont have common sense she just walked to the back and stayed back there avoiding the whole situation.I asked james for the store number he begins to hand me a card and says its on the card i ask do u care about this job he replies "honestly no" at this point jeniffer comes back to the front in his defense to say hes new here second day! Idc if its day one you dont treat customers like a burdon neither of them came to me with a solution or even a potential sale of a box just simply told me i have no common sense and the silent treatment...I would love to speak to the store manager or ups themselves

Each accepted Amazon return is a small amount of money to the store. Still, it adds up and I scan the codes myself happily so enjoy the free money by just not being rude! Arrived shortly before closing but still prior to their closing time. Employee was dragging the metal security gate, looked at me, sighed and checked his watch. Rude and unnecessary. I checked the time when I had walked back to my car having finished and it was still before their posted closing time. I privately provided this experience to the store email and the response was fine, but no improvement unfortunately. Had no choice months later but to check if they'd take a return shortly before close. A woman who worked there rushed up to the door before I could walk in and said the "computers were down" aggressively, before I could finish one sentence. Given the past experience, the "computers" being down doesn't seem truthful. If it was plausible, there's no need to be aggressive. It was still 5 minutes before closing when I got back to my car.

Also, and I don't take saying this lightly, they are simply just good human beings that are a gift to have on this planet. DO NOT GET A PMB HERE!…read more Let me start by saying the women who work here are incredible and I love coming in and they are friendly and always grab any larger packages for me before I even have to ask, The man here is rude, and attempted to keep my packages that were delivered to my PMB, said he didn't know who's box they belonged to even though my packages said my box number on the shipping label. A woman who works here tried pointing out my packages behind the counter and he tried saying they weren't mine. Which they were and thankful to her otherwise I probably wouldn't have gotten my packages back. I would willingly show my ID if he asked which he didn't but they know me here and I come weekly so they've never asked. He pretended my name wasn't on them at first when I told him my name, he handed them over eventually but demanded I come back in later with multiple forms of ID with my home address on them or would not give me my packages from now on. We've had the box for years so not sure the sudden problem. He super creeped me out with wanting my personal address with providing no reason since they don't forward anything there and the bill isn't sent there either and there's no way I wanted to give him my address after that. There was a gentleman sitting on a chair I thought he was a customer I continued to walk to the counter. There was a woman cashier. I knew the Stamps were going up on July 12th so I wanted to stock up. I asked if they had postcard stamps she then questioned the gentleman in the chair (maybe his day off) he said no. She then said we have regular stamps I asked if they had flowers she said no but then again asked the gentleman sitting there in the chair. Reluctantly I bought the regular flag stamps. As I paid, employee #287444, I had made the comment about stamps going up, she had no idea and was very rude about responding, as she said I don't know. Understandably it is a UPS store but something like that should have been told to employees. Time to pay it was $19.00 $.90 a stamp. Where at the post office it is dace value of $.78, until July 12th will be $.82. Ups offers the convenience but I would just go to the post office so much cheaper (just a few cents but does add up) and they are much nicer.

After explaining a few options, he told me to take my time, look around and if I need any help he'd be close by. I did ask if the store assembled furniture and delivered. He explained what Staple's offered. After awhile I decided which chair would suit my purposes and found Josh. I purchased the chair with assembly. He told me he'd call in the morning to let me know when it was done and could be picked up. The next morning, he called, as promised. When I got to the store, he brought it out to my car and loaded it in the back. Josh is definitely an asset to Staples. They are certainly lucky to have a person of his caliber on board.
