I have used the Victoria location for years - the gentleman who previously owned it has retired. He…read morewas friendly, efficient, and professional. I won't be finding out if the new owners have ANY of those qualities - they don't seem to - because I'll use one of the other locations from now on. I've shipped things to my daughter from the Victoria location numerous times, so I know both myself and she are in the UPS database. I gave my daughter's address to the counter lady four times, plus my own phone number. When I had repeated "Portland, Oregon" four times, the counter lady then asked "what country?"... Sorry, but these people are too stupid to deserve anyone's trust, let alone anyone's business. I drove over to the store next to WinCo, where I'd never been before, and they found my info almost before I finished setting the package on the counter. Both this store and the Petit location are, you guessed it, "friendly, efficient, and professional", and have earned my business going forward. Which is great because it's hard to believe the Victoria store could be in business for long (P.S. I was VERY rude to them as I left...and I'm NOT sorry).

I like this FedEx office space because it's spacious and, more importantly, open on Sundays…read more My printer died a while ago, and I needed to print some tax documents for the second most wonderful time of the year (ya know, the first being Christmas/winter, etc.). I like that the store clusters the printers together near the center. I also liked the paper clips and stapler I could use for free to keep my documents in order. Unfortunately, there is no computer to use. Send your documents to Printandgo@fedex.com from your phone (or computer at home) and give it a couple of minutes to return with a numeric code to put into the FedEx printer keypad. Once you've given your credit card over to the machine, you can print out as many documents as you like up to the amount you've authorized on your card. This store also has plenty of mailing supplies you can buy, as well as greeting cards, books, stationery, and batteries! I also saw the staff kindly helping any customers who needed it by patiently explaining how the printing station works.

When I walked inside, the staff refused to take my packages, claiming the registers were already shut down. As I went back to my car to grab my phone, they immediately locked the door behind me. If a business states they are open until 4:00 PM, they should accept customers until 4:00 PM. Turning away paying customers early is completely unacceptable.

After explaining a few options, he told me to take my time, look around and if I need any help he'd be close by. I did ask if the store assembled furniture and delivered. He told me he'd call in the morning to let me know when it was done and could be picked up. The next morning, he called, as promised. When I got to the store, he brought it out to my car and loaded it in the back. Josh is definitely an asset to Staples. They are certainly lucky to have a person of his caliber on board.
