Moved from a single story 3bd 2ba 1330sq ft home to a split level townhome that is approx. 1300sq ft. The Good: Workers were polite. 4 people showed up on time. One seemed to be in charge and actively participating in the move. One stayed on the truck organizing. 2 others were helping to move our things. They only took three 5 min breaks in the 6 hours they worked and they asked each time if it was ok to do so. They provided 3 free rolls of packing wrap for furniture, boxes, etc. After the 3 rolls of wrapping there was an additional charge. They provided wardrobe boxes for free. They helped move a fridge that I had delivered to the new home. They moved a dryer. For the most part they were constantly working. Most importantly, there does not seem to be anything missing. The bad: Some furniture was damaged in the move. Walls were scraped and damaged in the new home and at the old home. A light bulb was broken in one of the lamps (i take responsibility as i should have removed them prior to their arrival). They dropped pieces of furniture by trying to carry too much (mainly parts of the beds). There was a small language barrier, but the main person in charge spoke english well enough. The final price and amount asked for as a tip by the person in charge I would say was over priced. They were asked to use the packaging wrap we had already purchased prior to them using their wrap, but only used ours when I had started to wrap things with it and left it for them to finish. Overall: The company was just ok. A little over priced in my opinion as I have used movers before and it was similar in that there were stairs involved in the move as well (though there was no dryer involved during that particular move). The workers were for the most part constantly working. Although there was some significant damage left in their wake to furniture and property. For the price, I would suggest finding another company. We were in a bit of a time crunch as our first option for a moving company rescheduled on us twice due to covid and we decided, due to time constraints to seek a different company. We did a flat rate long distance move from LA to Arizona. TL;DR: So glad we chose to go with Ready-to-go Movers and moving was totally stress-free! Step-by-step process of what we went through for our long-distance move: - They visited our house to give us a quote. We are picky and we talked to 8 different moving companies. Their price was in the middle to lower range, but we felt we could trust them. After deciding to go with them, they gave a reminder call the night before pick up. No deposit was needed ahead of time. - They arrived on time the day of pick up and our 3B single family house was all packed and loaded after just *3 hours* with 6 movers (much faster than we expected!) We did a full packing move so they brought all packing material. Denis and team were super efficient and were careful in packing our things. Noting that in our previous move to LA with a different company, it took around 4 hours for just loading (no packing). They took any leftover packing material and packing trash with them so we were left with a nice and empty house. We just had to pack our valuables, luggage for an overnight stay and cleaning tools beforehand in our car. Totally recommend the full packing option!! - Our things arrived the next morning as promised and we got a text a couple hours ahead when exactly they will arrive. They were on time again and reassembled/unpacked everything except for boxes. We paid the exact price that was promised. - Boxes were labelled pretty well and put into rooms we wanted. As of now we've unpacked everything and nothing has been damaged or broken. I could see the care put into packing our things. And every time I've been disappointed, back on the hunt for a different company my next time around. I've had estimated times turn out to be doubled in reality. I've had furniture broken. I've had people show up unprepared to move my piano after being informed of it in advance. You name the company, and I've probably tried them. You name moving disaster, and I've probably seen it. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED HELP MOVING! When I was researching moving help I came across this company with 5 stars. I literally read ALL of their reviews wanting to see what everyone else had said. This company deserves their 5 stars! We had Easton and Valery (hope I spelled it correctly) come last night. The two polite, respectful, professional, skilled and careful men showed up early (after calling to see if that worked) They worked diligently and with great skill for 4 hours. They showed nothing but respect for our items and house. One thing was broken and I did it. Not them. Me!! Anyone who moves without thcompanies help is crazy. I can't stress enough how amazing they are. The lady that answers the phone in the office is also respectful knowledgeable and professional. They called to confirm the day before so I knew I was safe and going to have help. We used Ready go movers for the 2nd time yesterday to help us load our uhaul. Alexey and Sergey arrived promptly calling in advance to say they were on their way. Like previously they got to work immediately. Marking what was going and staying clearly. The took amazing care with my Amish rocker and antique buffet. And played Tetris with filling the truck. Like last time got way more in the truck than we expected. Hands down, the best moving company we have ever used! Ours wasn't an easy move. We filled a 5,000 sq. ft. home which required 2 trucks and 7 men. (13+ hours). This wasn't laborers that showed up, it was a professional moving team that blew us away with their work ethic. They were incredibly polite, especially to our teen age sons. Denny was the lead and managed the team expertly. They respected our furniture and belongings and didn't break a single thing. At the end of the day, he went through the invoice one line item at a time and explained every single charge. The original estimate was spot on. The bill was exactly what we thought it would be. A 20% tip is suggested but not expected. They deserved that and more. We can't say enough kind words about this company and are very happy that we went with them. They were respectful and courteous, not just to us but to each other as well. With regards to the plastic wrap, they were up front that only 3 rolls were included in the price. They told us we could use theirs or buy our own so I bought 4 rolls from Home Depot. This ended up being a waste of my time because Home Depot charges the same amount as Ready. Not once did we feel that they were trying to screw us with hidden costs like other companies have done. This is the only local moving company we know of that doesn't make you buy the wardrobe boxes, they let us use them for free. We highly recommend that you use this company. read more

Ready-To-Go Movers just left. They spent 4 hours with me, emptying my storage unit and home into Pods. I spent some time researching moving companies and found one dissatisfied review after another. The company I picked didn't return my calls the day before my move. Epic fail. NOT RTG Movers. They stepped in last minute and were my prayers answered. If you are moving, this is the company to go with! We unfortunately ran into some major issues with our buyer, so we had several delays even after I booked a moving date. Helen was extremely understanding and courteous, and did everything she could to make RTG Movers available to my family for our move. I have no questions as to why the ratings are so high for RTG. Finally, on my moving day, we had Alex, Tim, Roman, and Easton as the crew. They were outstanding. They were polite, talkative, in great moods, and worked to tackle every job the move presented. The care they take for your belongings is amazing, and they move very quickly once they have their plan set. Everyone was so respectful of my home and our belongings, and they were equally careful when placing all of the furniture and boxes in the new home. Reassembling the beds and unwrapping all the furniture was so helpful - they made the stressful part of moving day easy. I would absolutely recommend this company for its professional administrators and the competent and fast moving crews. On moving day, Dennis was my main point of contact and kept things organized and moving along, and Alex stopped by mid-move to check on progress, which I appreciated. The team handled a full pack-out and move, were friendly and professional, and did what they said they would do. One note: I asked them to move a heavy treadmill to a second-story room. They weren't really prepared for that--it took a long time and there was an extra charge. In hindsight, I probably should've used a specialized treadmill mover. For comparison, when I mentioned my pool table, they immediately suggested a pool-table specialist to disassemble, move, reassemble, and level it, and that part was seamless--I wish I'd gotten the same guidance about the treadmill. Overall, a hassle-free experience with great communication from Helen, Dennis, and Alex. Ok, so I read many of the glowing reviews before going with this company and hoped that they were as good as the reviews said. Wow, if you have to go through the pain of moving this company really makes it as easy as possible. As others have stated the three guys that showed up are amazing, so sorry I have misplaced the original invoice as it had their names on it and they really should be congratulated for their polite, professional and hard work. We moved from a two story house with a narrow staircase and they moved some heavy furniture and a washer and dryer down the stairs without damage to either the stairs or walls or to the items being moved! They were quick but careful. They packed the moving van so efficiently that there wasn't any wasted space. They carefully wrapped many of the items so it wouldn't get damaged or scratched. I would definitely recommend this company for moving they really know their stuff. I am over seventy so anyone under fifty looks young but these guys looked liked they were on there twenty's and thin and wiry but they are really strong and super hard workers who really know what they are doing read more

I was in a bind at the end of December. Literally NYE weekend. I was convinced I wouldn't be able to move. I called Ready-To-Go Movers and they not only got me in but the very next day in the late afternoon. They arrived with smiles and were really friendly as I was again explained the process and costs. There were no questions left to ask. Very thorough. They told me to sit and relax they would handle everything. THEY DID! Dismantled and wrapped everything. I couldn't believe how fast they were. After we left I made a stop at another location on the 45 minute trip to the valley. There they wrapped every piece of furniture and before I knew it we were off again to storage. They way they unloaded everything I had access to all my things with little effort. Total time was way under what I suspected and when I was told the total I was truly surprised how reasonable. First of all they did not wear masks or gloves as I was told. I had a Three (3) man crew but it seems that the other two couldn't do anything without the foreman telling them what to do. Majority of my boxes were damaged. I wanted some of my boxes inside the house and upstairs. But they just put everything in the garage. They also left everything clear wrapped for me to take off. I had to tell them three times to build my bed, and it took all 3 of them. Because they couldn't get the truck where they wanted by my garage, they had to walk all my boxes down the alley to the house. Instead of doing what I wanted to be down, which was half the boxes in the front door. The other half in the garage. The just did what they wanted, because of the language barrier of Russian. I have used them one year ago, but will not ever again or recommend them. Especially in this Environment and lack of safety for self and others. read more
