I rented a box for 4 years but I waited way too long to leave. I accepted lame excuses for my missing shipments so I'm warning you NOT to make the same mistakes. I waited a month since moving to another mailbox location and the difference is REAL, NO MORE LOST PACKAGES, no more customer complaints or searches for lost mail with USPS or "forgotten" texts regarding important arrivals, it doesn't happen anymore. Attitude cost me MONEY, CUSTOMERS, and AGGRAVATION (I think they ripped me off for my business returns that UPS obviously didn't lose) that was unnecessary, and damaged mail shoved into my mailbox.
