I came to Livescan Express as I recently got a new job and needed my background check/ fingerprints. They don't require appt's as they work off of a walk-in basis, so I went one morning except the doors to the building were locked. So, I called them and it went to voice mail. I waited for a while to see if they would call me back or open the doors but I had to leave after a bit. I did get a call a few hours later from the woman that said the building doors had accidentally been locked, and their phones were down. I wasn't mad, rather had a good chuckle at how this minor series of events made for them to be sitting inside their office wondering why it was such a slow day, and I standing outside wondering why they weren't seemingly open. The woman that called me was sooo sweet and apologetic, but there was no fault at all! I just went back on another day with no issues and got my fingerprints done. they had the results to my new employer within a few days. I've been here a few times and it's always so easy and quick. If you don't have your form printed out, you can email it and they will print for you. There's a two dollar discount if you pay the rolling fee in cash. Also plenty on parking in the lot. read more

DO NOT EVER go here for fingerprinting. My fingerprints were sent to the Dept. of Justice and FBI as part of the requirements for my teaching credential application. The State of California rejected my application because my social security number that was submitted from LiveScan Express did not match the SS# on my profile. I was told by the state that the LiveScan Operator submitted my SS# incorrectly, and yes we all make mistakes however the owner of LiveScan Express refused to take responsibility for the error, would not help me correct it in any way, and said to me "We wouldn't do that". Hence, I now have to pay $71 AGAIN to get this done correctly, and LiveScan Express will not even reimburse my money, even after explaining that my teacing credential application is on hold because of their error. read more
