To renew my TSA pre-check, I had to schedule an in-person visit to IdentoGO. There seemed to be a mix up on the correct address in Maps. I had to ask someone for the location and he pointed me to the tall building at that same location. The parking lot is large with a few other buildings around. Otherwise, it was quick and easy to renew my TSA pre-check. I had an appointment but walk-ins were accepted. People were nice and efficient at the site. Cost was less than my last renewal! I had to renew my TWIC card; went to the Esplanade Drive location and it was closed. It is only open every other Wednesday. Tried calling to renew online, and the website was having some technical issues. Came into the Staples location the lady there was very helpful and she was able to process me very quickly. I will be honest and say that the only reason I needed to come here was to get my TWIC card. I cannot attest to the other reviewers experiences because I had a set appointment. I previously tried to make an appointment to get my TWIC ID card at the local staples. After spending close to an hour with the provider there - who was quite rude - i needed to make another appointment. I'm writing this review for the attendant/provider Zedekiah. He, specifically, made the process entirely painless and what i had hoped would've happened at the previous appointment. He was patient, kind, professional, and very efficient. On top of that we had a good conversation which lasted about 5 minutes because thats how good he is at his job. I expected a much longer appointment - so im using the extra time for Zedakiah out of appreciation. read more

For me, this has been a nightmare. I applied for TSA precheck at a cost of $85 six weeks ago through this office in Oxnard in preparation for my first flight in a year. Six weeks have come and gone and I have not received my KTN. I have called perhaps six times and filled out the inquiry on this website perhaps another six times https://universalenroll.dhs.gov/workflows?workflow=service-status. My case has been escalated numerous times. When I asked if there was a problem with my application, one customer service professional said only TSA could tell me that, and hung up on me. My flight is in the morning and, after all these headaches and $85, I won't have the benefit of TSA precheck. A very frustrating experience. read more

Not sure why I spent $78 for TSA precheck. Never received KTN on time for my flight. My wife received hers in two days after dealing with the Camarillo office. Lame that I won't be taking advantage when we leave for our flight tomorrow. TSA says do not contact for 60 days.... read more

Skip the airport and come here to get your TSA precheck. We were in and out in 15 minutes. They are super flexible with people. We had an appointment that we were 45 minutes early for (we didn't know how long it would take / what to expect). They were accommodating and took us right in. All four members of the family were completed in about 15 minutes. I'd been putting this off because of the hassle at LAX. Had I known how easy this place is, I would have done it years ago. read more

Yup, 5-stars! Showed up at 0900 for a 0930 appointment. The IdentoGO employee didn't skip a beat when we announced we were early, "I'll take care of you now."!! Right on. Ten minutes later, my wife and I were out the door, having processed & paid for our TSA Universal Enrollment -- goodbye long airport security lines (right!!??). Some particulars: they take walk-ins, though we booked on-line in July for the earliest appointment--September; cost is $85, and Known Traveller Number (KTN) is good for 5 yrs; expect a 2-week processing time until you receive your KTN; passport required (no other ID), and they will take electronic finger prints. The address has changed from this listing. The 400 E Esplanade Dr address (where I went first) has no signage indicating that they moved. The new address is 300 E. Esplanade Dr Ste 460 which is the tallest building in that area. There is a sign on the door that says Corporate PrimeSkill Staffing Services. There is no indication that this is where you should be. Not even a paper sign saying IndentoGo. I felt like I was on a treasure hunt or the Amazing Race! Once found, the process was pretty quick and clean. read more

All in all, I liked how efficient this place was. The location of the place was great (even though the building was under construction when I went there). When I got to the TSA office, I told them that I had an appointment scheduled (we were 30 minutes late, mind you), and they told me that they were going to take the people that walked in first before me due to them being backed up behind schedule. And I was like "oh great, I am going to be here forever" as I sit down beside 8-9 people in the place. But surprisingly, I only had to wait about 15 minutes until they called me in for my TSA interview, and it only took about 7 minutes! I definitely recommend this place for TSA interviews. The workers seem nice, and though the place seems a bit small and cramped inside, it seems like a better alternative instead of going all the way to the airport (I live about an hour away so it depends on proximity as Oxnard is about 35 minutes away from my household). Had an appointment set up. When I arrived all the lobby lights were shut off so I left and attempted to call to make sure they did not think I did not show up but received no response. Had to go back again first thing Monday, the girl at the front was super nice and friendly. Stated that the person who worked Friday May have just been in the back area and if there is no movement in the lobby after 10 min or so the lights turn off. She helped me right away and made everything fast and easy. She stated that it would take a couple of days since my fingerprints didn't bring anything up. My friend had just been to a different place to get her TSA pre check and it took her two days to get her response, it took me over two weeks which u found strange. Bottom line is don't go in there expecting to receive your TSA at the standard times listed online. read more
