They said they open at 9 am, I am here at 9 am no answer, I come back at 930 am No answer still, I call no answer. What an unprofessional business. Don't waste your time here. read more

Very fast and efficient service. Unfortunately I think I arrived at the beginning of her break. It was around lunch time and The door was closed with a note taped to it. "Bathroom break! Be back soon!" However I waited for almost 20 minutes in the stair well, and was joined by 4 other ladies waiting for the live scan person to return. Their hours don't say anything about closing for lunch or mid day so the timing was a bit frustrating. She was very fast and efficient, when she returned. read more

Wow! Couldn't have been easier! Jazlyn, the young lady working there, was so sweet and efficient at the same time. Literally I was in and outta there in about 20 minutes. Jazlyn answered the phone and answered my questions returned my call promptly. When I got there in person it is in a office building across from Green thumb nursery. There is parking either on the street, or in the parking lot. It is a small office, but you can get everything you need there. It is very tidy and well-kept, you can get a life scan done, fingerprints done, passport pictures taken,.. All of it and she goes out of her way to help you. read more

The professionalism at the LiveScan site in Ventura sure is impeccably the tops! The technician is clearly well-versed with the fingerprinting procedure and explained the process to me via written notes since I'm deaf - which took only less than 10 minutes. I would go for other services at the very same site, regardless! read more

We tried another fingerprint scanning place and didn't get the results that we needed because the FBI rejected the fingerprint scans which this place thought that they were good to go. We later found out that the ridges on my wife's fingerprints were not pronounced enough and when we called Live Scan Ventura they were familiar with this problem and had a solution to it which was right on because the FBI accepted the fingerprints from Live Scan Ventura. Don't go anywhere else because Live Scan Ventura is the best. read more
