Very fast and efficient service. Unfortunately I think I arrived at the beginning of her break. It was around lunch time and The door was closed with a note taped to it. "Bathroom break! Be back soon!" However I waited for almost 20 minutes in the stair well, and was joined by 4 other ladies waiting for the live scan person to return. Their hours don't say anything about closing for lunch or mid day so the timing was a bit frustrating. She was very fast and efficient, when she returned. read more

There is parking either on the street, or in the parking lot. It is a small office, but you can get everything you need there. We tried another fingerprint scanning place and didn't get the results that we needed because the FBI rejected the fingerprint scans which this place thought that they were good to go. We later found out that the ridges on my wife's fingerprints were not pronounced enough and when we called Live Scan Ventura they were familiar with this problem and had a solution to it which was right on because the FBI accepted the fingerprints from Live Scan Ventura. Don't go anywhere else because Live Scan Ventura is the best. read more
