After seeing several recommendations for Jorge Salinas Tree Services on Nextdoor and seeing his great reviews on yelp I decided to give him a call. He let me know he was booking about a month out, which was fine since I wasn't in a rush, but he was able to come out the very next morning to assess the job and provide a quote. His pricing was fair, and he was even able schedule the work within two weeks. On the day of the job, he arrived on time, completed everything promptly, and charged exactly what was quoted--no surprises. He and his team worked quickly, were very thorough, and left everything neat. One part of the job involved trimming hedges from my neighbor's yard that grow over my wall. There's only about 18-24" of space between the wall and my pool, but they handled it beautifully without making a mess in the pool. They also cut back a large overgrown Brazilian pepper tree and shaped it nicely. I would absolutely recommend Jorge Salinas Tree Services. read more

A neighbor of mine was having some tree work done and offered to have Jorge give me a quote on a tree I needed taken out. Jorge was professional yet very personable and offered an extremely fair price for the job. I couldn't turn down the offer! His service was on time and his crew was respectful on my property and that of my neighbors. The service was completed in about 50 minutes (he had a sizable crew with him). I have other trees on my property and if needed in the future, I will call Jorge again to take care of business. Thanks Jorge to you and the crew. read more

5 stars! Awesome job, quick, very responsive, and we're happy!! would highly recommend them.

Cannot say enough about this business. Been getting our trees trimmed for over 20 years by different businesses and hands down, this one is my favorite. Jorge arrived punctually to provide his quote which was a very fair and reasonable one. He was personable and professional and even offered me a sooner date when a spot opened up. His team of workers were hard working and conscientious and they did a beautiful job with the trees. What was amazing though was that they left my property cleaner than when they came! My neighbors even complimented the work they did. I am so happy I called him. He will be my go-to guy for my trees from now on!!! read more

I called Jorge after finding him on Yelp. He answered and set up a time THE NEXT MORNING to come out and look at the project and give me an estimate to remove 3, 30 foot thick Palm trees. He showed up on time and the estimate was quick and cheaper than I was expecting. I told him I'd call him back that day with an answer. I called back, he picked up again, and we scheduled a date. The day of, he showed up early and was already working on the project when I got back from an errand - talk about service. They even ground down the stumps so we could landscape over where the trees were. After all was said and done, he was there for 3 hours and didn't leave any mess. We had Jorge and his team come over to our property a week and a half ago to prepare our property for fire season and they did an excellent job. We had 5 trees that were removed, a pepper tree that was thinned out, a jacaranda tree that was thinned out, several palm trees had palm fronds removed and cleaned up, multiple bushes trimmed, and had hedges trimmed. In addition, they removed a number a bushes around our house to give us a 5 foot defensible space for fires. When we initially called him, Jorge came over to our house the same day, walked our property with me, and gave us a quote and we scheduled a date for the service. On the date of the service at 8am, Jorge and a team of eight tree trimmers came over. They brought a tree shedder and two trucks to maximize the efficiency of processing the wood they cut. They worked hard the entire time, took care not to damage our electric and cable lines or anything else on our property. When the trimming was done, they diligently cleaned up all the remaining fallen branches and leaves and finished with blowers. They finished all this work in one day and left our property at 5pm. All in all a very professional job at a fair price. We will be using Jorge and his team for any future tree and bush trimming on our property. read more

These guys are great: reasonable price; super responsive; excellent work; honest; very nice; good communication and more. Added bonus they are just down to earth, quality people with deep integrity and work ethics. No job is too big or small. Embarrassingly, for one project, I called at 9 PM on a Saturday night because I had lost my drone 100 feet up in a tree. When they say 24 hour service, they mean it. I heard back within three minutes of texting them. They were at my door Sunday morning at 9 AM and retrieved my drone within five minutes and we're happy to do it. Needless to say, I was happy and elated to pay them and I still can afford lunch the rest of the week. They were super professional about it and did not even blink. I can't recommend them enough. And, I was not paid to say this nor do I have a personal relationship with them. I just feel fair is fair, if someone is not very good, I post that. When someone is great, I post this. read more
