Jorge is truly the best! My husband and I needed a couple of our trees pruned and some old plants pulled out at our property, but we were stressed out about finding someone who would do a good job. We interviewed five different companies and Jorge was the only person who blew us away. He was not only super fair in his pricing, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about trees and showed a genuine interest in the health and life of our trees as well as making our property look great. This was especially important to us as we have a 40 year old avocado tree that we love, and we needed someone we could trust to thin it out in a way that would not damage the tree or its production of avocados. Jorge also gave us some really helpful advice for our yard and was overall such a nice guy! On the day of service, Jorge and his crew showed up on time with their equipment and were super professional. They did a great job pruning the trees and made them look amazing! Jorge does a great job and his prices are the best - VERY reasonable. He's done tree trimming for us on multiple trees and he's taken out three very big trees on our property and ground the stumps. (He also diagnosed the problem with our olive tree and why it died. It had a fungus.) He removed the very big tree in our front yard about five years ago. We had a huge job. We needed several trees removed, brush cut, stumps chipped, trees trimmed, palm tree cleaned up, junk hauled off and mulch delivered. All of this was in a two acre area and much of it was next to a house and fence that couldn't get damaged. We had several bids, one of which was highly recommended by a friend. Horrible customer service. Starting a tree trimming with a chainsaw in a small HOA neighborhood at roughly 7:20 is before the 8am allowance, which is ridiculous and still too early when other houses are 25 feet away. I can understand a large property or a Main Street, but the chainsaw is cutting though the windows and doors. I called at 7:54 after talking to the workers, and was met with dismissal. I only have a tiny window of sleep between jobs, and this starts 40 minutes before the ordinance. read more

Mr. Corona's crew worked incredibly hard trimming our front yard arbutus (strawberry tree)--beautifully, I might add--and taking down another large tree that was diseased and half falling down. I work from home, so got to see the entire process. The men were unfailingly polite, diligent, and efficient. The price we were given was better-than-market price. My husband and I own a landscape architecture firm, so we might be considered "picky customers," but Mr. Corona's crew did an artistic job of trimming our arbutus. The tree is still magnificent, it's just less of a hazard to people walking on the sidewalk below. Our yard is more beautiful now and most importantly, safer. After the work was completed, the crew cleaned up both yards nicely and with no fuss. I expected to be charged a small fortune like in the past with other tree trimmers. He was early the morning we scheduled, quick, efficient and expertly trimmed the front trees.
