If I could give a higher rating, I would. I reached out to a few tree trimming services for some quotes and Ana from Native trees was the first to get back to me. She offered a free, contactless consultation which was very important for myself and my family because we have immune compromised family members. Shortly after providing an address we received our quote. They had the best quote out of the 6 or so companies that responded. I decided to immediately book an appointment. Ana was very accommodating to our short time frame to trim the palms before Thanksgiving. We scheduled for Wednesday morning but I received a text Tuesday to see if it worked for us, which it did! (We were very happy to have it done, the sooner the better) 4 arborists came and completed the job exactly how my father wanted it. He is very picky but very happy with the Palms. They were great, they cleaned up the trees, cleaned our driveway as well as our neighbors from any fall out and debris and were very fast and efficient. I called Native Trees based on an ad they had placed. I was going to get a few quotes but after they stopped by and quoted me for three palm trees, it sounded very fair so I went with them. they responded to my call quickly and stopped by within a few days. I was really impressed with their friendliness and the quote. I was very surprised when they showed up. It wasn't just one person but at least 3-4 people to trim my palms. They also brought a large chipper truck so they can get rid of the palms right there on the spot. I don't know what I was expecting but this was a nice surprise. After they were done, they picked up all debris in the back and cleaned up any debris that was caused by the hauling of the fronds to the front. They were very efficient and nice. I picked these guys out of a lineup of three who came to my house but Native Trees were the first to arrive. I believe it was "Amy" who arrived and she was really affable, sweet and and pleasant to be around and she gave me a quote and then when I threw in a couple more things I needed to be done also (like if she could include them or how much it would be) she agreed to do it. Later on I got the other 2 quotes and they were MUCH higher by hundreds of dollars!!! And also they were kind of the complaining kind. Esp one party who were complaining about stuff--when I just want to get the tree removed off of my trail so that my neighbors could use it again etc. Like "are u tree removal people or not" lol? Anyway, it turned out that these guys were the greatest bargain by far! However, they didn't do work that was the "cheapest". No, they did everything to a tee and they worked so hard and even pulled an overgrown Sago Palm from my front yard and left me a bunch of firewood also when I asked them (tho I'm not guaranteeing they will do that for you lol) So I just was really impressed with everything they did and they were pleasant to be around like I said. I was super happy with everything they did for me. Btw they even included grinding the stump down too which the other quotes from the other contractors were not going to include...one actually quoted me another $600 to do the stump!! I requested a quote for a trimming of this huge Carrotwood Tree in my front yard. My request was followed up quickly with a date/time. The staff was very friendly and professional, they took the time to explain what could be done such as how low they could cut the tree down since it's branches were practically sitting on my roof, that's how overgrown and tall this tree was. It had been at least 2 years since it was last cut. I showed them another tree on the side of my house that they ended up removing entirely. They're prices are reasonable and the service is awesome! I was at work when they actually did the job so when I pulled up to my home to see what they had done I was beyond satisfied!!
