Probably he needs to learn that as he stated, "my rules" do not apply, thye're Fedex rules. First time, dropping a small box, he refused because the box had the name brand on it, "you must buy a box to cover the box". Another day, the box had the "hazardous simbol outside, he questioned if the box had liquids, I told him that had alcohol, I opened the box and took the alcohol out and covered the "Hazardous simbol", he refused to ship it unless I buy a box. I did agree to purchase the box, not enough, he complained about the weight of the box, "you need another box that can hold the weight", i did agree again, finally he refused for third time, "you need to go to a main hub like the one in Canoga Park", I left the agoura store, drove to the Hub and over there they do not have Mark's rules, no issue with the weight, no issue with the box, no issue whatsoever. He has an attitude problem, he belives he OWN Fedex office and has his own rules, not Fedex rules. Mark, you're cfreating an issue for the rest of your co-workers, if the office does not performs, either you will get fired or they will close the office. Change your attitude, it will help. BTW, Heather is a great manager, not her fault that you're ruin the business for everybody.
