While waiting, I looked at some packing supplies near the register. He suddenly yelled at me to get back in line and not touch anything until it was my turn completely loud and unnecessary, especially in front of my 11-year-old daughter. When we finally got to the counter, he immediately started interrogating me about the contents of the box like as if I was shipping a kilo of powder. I explained my daughter crochets custom animals for military kids with deployed parents and records YouTube videos for the families. Instead of helping, he dismissed it, said UPS would be "too expensive," and told me to go to USPS not even without checking a single price. No weighing, no scanning, no real service. He didn't treat other customers prior to me this way. Whether it was profiling or just bad service, It was a terrible experience. The Kanan store is respectful and professional--this one isn't.

Finally I pay- the package is sealed- the printer for receipts breaks- after scrambling around I just ask the associate if I can go and I'll mail my second package another time. I called and Robert said that he is open until 6:30 PM, and I can stop by anytime. I tell him what I need, a massive 36-inch print, and let me tell you something, this man is a master of his craft. The attention to detail, explaining pixelation during photo expansion, cleaning up details on the photo that I needed, and on top of that this massive frame was only $125 bucks...
