I always have a great experience at this UPS Store location on Platt. The staff is always friendly, patient, and go out of their way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. I came in with a few complicated returns and shipping questions, and they explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The store itself was clean, organized, and well-run, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. Even during a busy time, they kept things moving efficiently while still being attentive to each customer. It's not always easy to find a place that combines professionalism with genuinely good customer service, but this location definitely does. I'll be coming back here for any future shipping needs. Highly recommend! read more

A great location in Platt Vllage West Hills. They always in a friendly manner, even if busy with another customer say hello. Any thing you need , shipping , shredding, copies, purchase office products, Faxing. There is even as you enter the store a slot on the wall for letters to send off. I have been going there for years and they professionally, pleasantly, helpfully take care of whatever service you need. They were as usual quick to get my "Amazon " return out and I was free to rush to Baskin & Robbins and quickly satisfy my inner demon of Ice Cream. I truly appreciate the varied services offered at this UPS store it seems to be well staffed enough to take care of business, and very kind to me for being located close to Baskin & Robbins. read more

Great service as always. Always a friendly space when you come in they treat you greedy with I like the new location and the new Remodel that went through. It's also very close and convenient to our home. read more

Always very helpful and gets busy but the line moves fast. Staff is very nice and lots of parking

Always quick and super friendly. Never too much wait for notary service and always an easy place to take care of online returns

I usually have great service! I brought in a package and was told because it was not in a packing box they would not be responsible for damage (even though it did not come in a packing box) and then threw in into a pile!! What??? read more

I came to shred papers. Had to get bankers boxes that I'm told hold 50lbs easy. They hold 20 lbs at the most. 2 boxes turned into 6 boxes, I'm not sure ,but there seems to a weight discrepancy, that means I carried 300 lbs of paper in 2 runs to the car. I'm strong, but not quite that strong. And how about that employees helping me out, flinging those 5o lbs boxes like they were kleenex. There is a scale for people to use, 20lbs each ! read more

What is up with this place? It's supposed to be open daily and now it's "temporarily" closed?!!!!!! Box holders have no access to their mail or packages. We deserve an explanation!!! read more

I just left the UPS store and I have to tell you I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the kid that was helping me. He was rude, had the personality of a gnat, and acted like I was inconveniencing him. When I asked if he could throw away my Amazon box, he said no, we don't take boxes in a tone that was beyond rude and like I should have known this already. I do NOT recommend this location at ALL!! Go to Amazon Fresh for your returns - much better customer service!! Leslie - you might want to teach your young staff customer relations skills and how to provide excellent service cause it is lacking big time! read more

This is my go to UPS store not only because it's close by, but I've never had to wait too long when coming here. I do feel that when they were at the old location, there were more registers open for them to assist if the line gets long. Also, it was right next to Starbucks and Nothing but Bundt cakes. Now they are a few stores down and in a bigger location that's more open and you can see the staff at work. The new location only has 3 registers, which I think is backwards from the other location. Being this far down, parking is a little easier because you don't have to fight with the Pavillions, Starbucks and Bundt Cakes patrons. read more

Friendly, fast, and convenient service. Located in the Platt Plaza between Platt and Victory Blvd in West Hills. Highly recommend if you have UPS drop-offs. There's a closer location from my place located on Ventura Blvd near DeSoto Ave. However, the Platt location has tons of convenient free parking and there was at least 4 staff members ready to help. Sadly the other location only has street metered parking and 9.5 times out of 10, they are occupied, so parking is a downer whether you have a small or large package, but definitely not convenient and not fast since you have to spend time finding parking. Hope this is helpful for those like me who have to ship numerous times a month. Cheers! read more

The UPS Store - Large bulky heavy 60 lb package - Shipping Centers Near Me - West Hills, California

Since moving to the area, I've been here twice now trying to find a solution to two seperate problems. I feel the service is lacking and could have been a lot better than it was. They have good prices, on some things. Others are more quite expensive. Not sure if I'll return read more

Went to the store on July 26th to have a certified letter mailed out. Got home on July 28th to find the letter in my mailbox at home ..... POSTAGE DUE! Because there was no postage put on the envelope before it was sent out! Had to go back to the store FOR A SECOND TIME and the manager said "It looks like we didn't put postage on the envelope. Not a problem. We can fix that." I'm sure you can!! But it took me two trips to the store and lost 4 days of mail time!! To me that's a problem. No apology for the error and just a "here's your receipt, you're done". My recommendation is that you need to double check whatever you're sending to make sure it can be done in one trip. read more

The new store is cleaner, organized spacious and uncluttered. This is so very important to me as a customer. The store should always be maintained for cleanliness and not dirty. I despise seeing dust just because it's a UPS store. They must always wipe down surfaces and avoid clutter at all cost. The staff works very diligently to not waste time and keep the lines moving along speedily. I appreciate that. This five star review is also for Beth, who was very kind to accommodate my package that needed an additional item added by my own mistake on a last minute basis (at store closing time). She was very kind, understanding and professional. The rest of the staff are always busy but that's why I highly commend them due to lines usually being long during daytime. A very good UPS store location frequented by many customers. read more

Poor misleading services at this location. Website allows you to book notary appointments but they said it's not what they use. They said they've asked corporate for 4 years to take down the appointment site online. Seems like that's a poor excuse for a large corporation to still not fix an issue for 4 years. Staff was bitchy. read more

This location has usually provided great service - however I don't know if they are under new management. I made an online appointment for Notary Services (something which I had done before at this location, when it was a few doors down) and received a reminder through email. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the notary wouldn't arrive until later, maybe in an hour and that "we don't use online". I was told to come back or go to another location (in the friendliest and sympathetic way possible, which is why I didn't just leave 1 star). It's a bit frustrating and wanted to let anyone know if you make an appointment for a service here - there's no guarantee it will actually happen and the time you schedule it! read more

I went to the store today to get something printed. Melissa and Abby helped me and they were so amazing. They worked so hard to make sure the thickness of the paper was exactly what I wanted and everything was printed perfectly. They were both so kind and helpful. I'm so happy!! I truly appreciate it and HIGHLY recommend this location. read more

It is hit and miss here for good customer service. Management tends to be a bit short and abrasive. If you read the Terms and Conditions of the PO Box contract, you will see they want you to give up the right to do a change of address with USPS for six months after you notify them to terminate the PO Box service. Section 6 of the Service Agreement: "Customer agrees that upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, Customer will not file a change of address order with the post office. Customer and Center further agree that upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, Customer authorizes Center to accept and destroy any "Unsolicited Mail" (e.g., mail addressed to "occupant," "current resident," or similar designation; or coupons, advertising, or other promotional material) and any mail addressed to Customer that is delivered to Center by the United States Postal Service for six (6) months; and may refuse any package addressed to Customer delivered by any party other than the United States Postal Service, such as a commercial carrier service." I suggest NOT getting a PO Box here. There are too many other less expensive options in the WH area, and also, without the overly restrictive service agreement. read more

Based off my handful of visits whenever I may need to mail, copy or have items notarized I am extremely satisfied with the service. Customer service has been above par every single time. I do notice that there seems to be a line majority of the time but the business is adequately staffed so no big deal. read more

They want $2 to print a paper for an Amazon return. Rip Off!!! Super rude and unfriendly.

This UPS store delayed my return many times. I got my refund after 3 weeks whereas at other locations, one gets the refund either immediately or within a day. I only went there since I was in the area but that was a huge mistake. Whenever I go there, the manager personally wants to handle my return to make sure I do not get my refund fast. Avoid this UPS store. The staff can get really vicious too and try to screw up your shipment as much as possible. read more

The staff is super friendly. Don't usually have to wait or if there is a like it's quick. Clean.

Every time I come here to ship something, the staff is super personable and helpful, regardless of how busy they might be. It definitely seems like there is high turnover, with a lot of younger employees. I had to ship something to my mom yesterday & didn't want to deal with the post office. Then I remembered this UPS store on Platt. It was about 10 AM & there wasn't really a wait. I picked out my padded mailer & got in line. About 30 seconds later I was called up. The person who served me was helpful & friendly. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I don't know how the prices compare to FedEx or USPS but for the small padded envelope with a light item, it seemed at little pricey but it was convenient and she did give me a little discount which I appreciated. read more

Quick, clean and efficient. I've never left a review for a shipment service store but this UPS store deserves 5 stars. They have fast and friendly employees who are not only quick when I'm in a hurry and the line is long, but also I've seen them be patient with elderly customers who need extra help with their QR codes and shipment options. They have everything you need and the parking is plentiful and it is close to my house so I am extremely satisfied with this store! Great job! read more

Absolutely wonderful service!! They treat you like family and always go the extra mile to help in anyway they can. this store has the friendliest staff that I have seen in a long while. I go to the larger stores from time to time when I'm not close to this one (fed-x, other UPS stores etc....) and get so frustrated at the way I'm treated. The other stores are so into Self service it's nice to go here and be helped. Thank you for all you do guys!! read more
