My company depends on this PostalAnnex+ quite heavily year-round, and Heidi is our savior. Her and her team do their due diligence when it comes to mailing our packages, whether domestic or international. We know that we can count on her to keep us informed of any delays or exceptions. She is proactive and will call the carrier company if there is ever an issue. She is truly, truly appreciated. I love that the shop includes some fun, snarky home decor items. If you're in need of a funny canvas, some key covers or gifting supplies -- PostalAnnex+ has them. They also offer notary services, passport pictures, etc. It's a one-stop shop that offers more than you'd expect. This location is in the same plaza as Staples, Panera Bread, Panda Express, Fazio Cleaners and Chipotle. There's plenty of parking out front.

Heidi and Yasamin are awesome. There is a reason why they have more than 4 stars. Highly recommended. You will know why they are good when you come and experience yourself. I went to the one on Canan road and was really disappointed.

*Disclosure: This is NOT a paid promotion, I am LEGITIMATELY this enthused about a mailing office* I wouldn't think you could have ANY amount of fun at a 'Postal Annex' , but these people managed to make it happen! I only came in for some passport photos, but somehow we managed to get to a point where I was ASKING about switching my PO Box to this location-- THAT'S how great my experience was, they put so much genuine care into making sure I was happy with my photos/purchase. Needless to say I'm coming back for whatever reason I can, BECAUSE DID I MENTION THEY HAVE EVERYTHING?? If you're as forgetful as me at the ripe age of 32 & need a one-stop-shop for when you inevitably forget what you went outside for in the first place, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! P.S. Idk if It's just because I'm in my 30's, but i'm officially excited to go to the post office now!

STORE 4296 should be REPORTED to UPS corporate…read more Unfortunately, this is one of the worst UPS Stores in Westlake VIllage or even from here to Downtown Los Angeles, and that's saying a lot because I go to many locations. The biggest issue is the owner, John. He is consistently rude and unprofessional, which clearly explains why so many reviews mention his poor customer service. I asked for his name and he flat out refused, saying, "I'm not telling you." That alone says everything. So immature. This location nickel and dimes customers. Unlike most UPS Stores, they do not tape boxes BUT instead SELL YOU TAPE. For a UPS Store, this feels cheap and unnecessary, especially when other locations tape boxes without issue. They also do not scan packages at the counter. You are told to go do it yourself at the kiosk. Yes they'll help but c'mon just scan a few boxes at the counter when the store is empty! When I placed my boxes on the counter, John removed all of them and put them on the floor, saying customers needed the counter space. The store was EMPTY, one of the slowest locations around because of the owners' terrible service... What makes this even more frustrating is that the younger employees are great. They are polite, helpful, and professional. If the owners stepped back and let the young people who understand service run the place, this store's reputation would improve instantly. Unfortunately, the two older men who run it, including John, are a problem. I now go out of my way to use other UPS locations. Better service, faster experience, a little more understanding customers should be provided tape, and no attitude.

The guy charges you on your leg or something to just give you an instead and tell you how there's an eight dollar modification and you need to go back in. I had a project a couple years ago and I spoke to the third one seeing this and the best person in the world. She was able to help me really well. I ended up to be as far as I didn't even do this other girl approve it and I felt so I'll be getting to pay for it because it was wasteful. I was told that I had a service that he stickers they didn't put me for it. They just told me it would be better to do some other option I go in and do my hands also. They're very robot for very much time and they are just doing something to do. They're not in Customer Service. There was someone who came in because the order was wrong rather than reassuring her or guiding her. They just asked her for the things they didn't explain to her. What the next process would be they don't explain to any process. They just assume you know their job. I am here cutting over 20 stickers that one piece of paper. Basically a manager there they really need Customer Service because they really need to keep Discuss because it is not very helpful but I purchased what I purchased because already printed everything and I didn't wanna waste more. Am I unsatisfied extremely I'm sitting here cutting 20 pieces of sticker from a middle of an A4 letter people. It was very clear. I wanted the most affordable option I wanted simple etc. I don't think they know how to really even describe it? They are just taken an order and executing it without anything in between therefore there will be a lot of mistakes. Do not go here go to Staples go somewhere else. We'll figure it out online it. It will be better use of your time.
