Yes, astonishingly, some government agencies require a faxed copy of a hand signed document. Two people who arrived after me got helped before me, guy I ended up speaking to was previously, loudly, saying he hated his job and disappeared for 5 minutes or so. Finally I asked for the document to get faxed, wrongly thinking this would be his easiest job of the day and he pointed to a corner of the store and said "Go wait over there but if you're in a hurry go somewhere else." So I did go somewhere else and will never go to this store again. Fun with FedEx.

Before I found FASTSIGNS I went online to submit artwork at cheaper online companies that misrepresented their turn around times. Plus those online companies relied on off-shore call centers staffed by people with no production knowledge. What a difference when I found myself talking with Bridget at FASTSIGNS! She answered all my questions, and understood my urgency. She followed up with me at every stage and came through even earlier than I could have hoped. I would recommend FASTSIGNS of Simi Valley to anyone, for product and professionalism.

SHOPPER BEWARE. All of the good reviews here are from the previous company, Thumbprint. Thumbprint…read morewas a great printing company, they did my business cards and designed and wrapped 2 trucks. The entire process was great and they were a 5 star company. Now comes along Fastsigns. Called and left 2 voicemails over a month ago, no response. Went to physical location, they said they would get back to me, never did. Kept bugging them and they finally sent a quote, I paid the deposit and asked to schedule a design consult for the new truck, owner said they don't do that. He said he would check to see if I could talk to a designer and again never got back to me. Now their voicemail is full, location is locked most days when I try to stop by. And the owner still isn't responding to me when I asked for my deposit back. One of the worst service failures I've ever experienced. On top of all that, I've recently heard from 3 other of their previous customers that their recent work is garbage. One company had crooked logos on their truck, one was covered in bubbles and another one is starting to peel within a few months. You will get better service and final product literally anywhere else.

I was greeted by a pleasant employee, to whom I explained that I needed copies of a small number of pages from the binder I brought in. She said no problem and I handed her the first stack of 20 or so individual pages. I am assuming she was a new employee because she had to call someone to ask how to load the half sized pages I had handed her. After several minutes I looked up and noticed that instead of placing the stack into the auto-feeder, she was placing each page onto the glass, taking a copy them flipping it over to copy the back. I stopped her and asked why she was doing it like that and she said the auto feeder wasn't keeping the I pages straight (which was due to her loading them in backwards). I explained that the order of the pages was very important and I didn't have confidence that her method could ensure that so I asked her to return the originals. She did. I then asked if they could produce a life-size cutout of a cartoon character for a birthday party I was planning. She took my info and promised a call back with a quote after her boss got back from lunch. So that must be an epic lunch because it has been over a week and no call yet, soooo.....still waiting.
