FASTSIGNS of Simi Valley saved the day! We were in a time crunch and needed yard signs printed for an upcoming event right away. Before I found FASTSIGNS I went online to submit artwork at cheaper online companies that misrepresented their turn around times. Plus those online companies relied on off-shore call centers staffed by people with no production knowledge. What a difference when I found myself talking with Bridget at FASTSIGNS! She answered all my questions, and understood my urgency. She followed up with me at every stage and came through even earlier than I could have hoped. I would recommend FASTSIGNS of Simi Valley to anyone, for product and professionalism. read more

SHOPPER BEWARE. All of the good reviews here are from the previous company, Thumbprint. Thumbprint was a great printing company, they did my business cards and designed and wrapped 2 trucks. The entire process was great and they were a 5 star company. Now comes along Fastsigns. Called and left 2 voicemails over a month ago, no response. Went to physical location, they said they would get back to me, never did. Kept bugging them and they finally sent a quote, I paid the deposit and asked to schedule a design consult for the new truck, owner said they don't do that. He said he would check to see if I could talk to a designer and again never got back to me. Now their voicemail is full, location is locked most days when I try to stop by. And the owner still isn't responding to me when I asked for my deposit back. One of the worst service failures I've ever experienced. On top of all that, I've recently heard from 3 other of their previous customers that their recent work is garbage. One company had crooked logos on their truck, one was covered in bubbles and another one is starting to peel within a few months. You will get better service and final product literally anywhere else. read more

If you are looking for a professional company that provides quality products, complete knowledge and excellent craftsmanship with vehicle wraps, YOU have FOUND IT! The reviews from years ago is exactly what you can expect. We have been using Thumb Print since 2012 and have gone through a fleet of commerical vehicles over the years. I've tried other companies, none stand to their word like April, Kenny and the team! We currently are 3 hours away from their shop and still choose them over dozens of other companies between the two us. I can't tell you enough how big of an asset April is to Thumb Print and us! Thank you for the honest transparent customer service and completing the project as you promised! read more

I was referred to Thumbprint Digital by my friend to have my company truck wrapped by them. I reached out by phone and talked to April who helped me through out the design and logo placement on my truck. I sent over the logo and name expecting to simply have the truck be fitted with just that, boy was I wrong! April (and if anyone else had helped thank you to them too!) went above and beyond with the logo design on the truck. The truck wrap looks amazing and after she finished the first draft of the logo they worked quickly on tweaking the minor things I wanted changed. I highly recommend this company for any sort of vehicle wraps or signage. I will be back when for more work when it's needed. Thank you to everyone there! read more

After three years in business, I was finally able to move forward with getting my work van wrapped. I had heard many great things about Thumbprint, and my decision to move forward with them has proven to be the right decision. The entire process from initial consultation to picking up my van after the wrap was installed was simple and fluid. I am very happy with the finished product, and they certainly lived up to their hard earned reputation of delivering a great product with great service. read more

Excellent customer service!!! Other companies should take lessons from April!! I ordered a few Class of 2020 signs, but before doing so, I had her add and change a few things to the signs. She was always lovely and quick to fix and respond. The signs were produced within 24-48 hours and shipped out right away. I made a mistake of ordering 2 signs with a different company and the turnaround was 2 weeks!! Thumbprint is the way to go! read more

A big shout out and thank you to April. She has done several of our trucks and we couldn't be more happier with her service she has provided. The customer service and knowledge base she provides is by far above anyone's standards. She makes the entire process wonderful from beginning to end. She keeps you informed from start to finish, keeping you up to date on when your wrap has been printed and when they will be ready to wrap our vehicles. I just had a really nice sign put on the back window of my Honda Pilot to advertise my business. There were a few problems and the folks at Thumbprint worked with me to make things right. As far as I'm concerned, I will be more than happy to bring more work here. The sign looks great! Now . . . if only it brings me some clients :) Full disclosure - The nature of the business I'm advertising with this sign is such that Thumbprint may become a client of mine. I am, however, a delighted customer of theirs and want to share my experience, which was everything I could have asked for. read more

We have used ThumbPrint since we began our business. We appreciate that they understand our small business mentality and what we can/cannot do. They produce high quality work and stand behind it. That is worth a LOT. I heard they are more expensive, but I really believe they are worth every penny. The owner, Kenny, has close to 20 years experience (maybe more) in the world of printing and design. read more

Quality work, quality supplies, and flexible people. I'm probably what you might call a high maintenance customer and the people at thumbprint really make it easy to work with them. This is a great company. They made four custom decals for my travel trailer. April was very patient and helpful in regards to designing the decal; she did a very good job and the final proof was perfect. To make matters easier for me, she sent the installers out to Thousand Oaks, where the trailer was, to do the install so I didn't have to tow it to their shop. My trailer looks brand new now thanks to them and they made sure I was 110% satisfied. I will for sure use them for future decals. I am very happy. read more

We recently purchased a new 2016 Chevy service body truck and wanted to have it decaled. Called and made appointment to see what they could do. April took photos and measurements of the truck. With in 15-mins she was showing us alternative designs and layouts with different color combinations. She is amazingly create and knowledgeable. Plus she is easy to work with. They completed the install as promised and the results are better then we expected. In the past we would have our logo and other information painted on our trucks, never again.
