I don't know why there getting negative customer service reviews. Maybe they have changed in the timeframe from then and now. I had great service through and through, on the phone and in person, and even got a little extra vinyl from the end of the roll for free. Was great to see all of the colors in person and have someone aid me in picking out what I need, and how much of it. I was doing a smaller scale project with the material, and as such did not need dozens of yards of the stuff. Regardless they still priced me accordingly. Was really happy with these folk and will for sure be coming back. read more

I was referred to these folks by one of their suppliers. Before calling, I joked with the supplier saying, 'you know in LA, everyone has an attitude and they'll probably not be too pleased to answer questions'. Well, they weren't. As it was, I did not buy the item as I did not have confidence in them, nor would I ever visit their actual shop for more of the same. Fix your customer service folks. Opportunities are being lost. read more

had the worse customer service from their location! walked in trying to purchase some equipment. they were giving me a $400 price difference from their website. website also had a stand included. after talking to the so-called owner, he refuses to honor his own price and refused to keep talking to me. do not buy anything from these scammers. read more

1. I have spent thousands here via internet website. 2. They know my orders well enough that if I order something odd, they point it out. 3. They cut my rolls so they fit my PC12. 4. They have done everything I have ever asked. 5. Prices are fair, service is quick. 6. Items are packed appropriately. As a merchant, that's all I care about. A+. read more

The key to a good business is 1.customer service and 2. quality product and this business has neither. Customer service is NOT stressed or emphasized here. Not only are the employees clueless about the products they sell, the management and ownership are equally not helpful or knowledgable by any means. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store and have been a frequent customer, but after every visit I leave the store more frustrated than the time before. Having worked in retail and customer service for several years of my life, I do not understand how management does not acknowledge their regulars and how the staff is so ill qualified and unaware of what they are selling. Though it is difficult to run a small business in a world of competitors, there are many people that support the local businesses. After walking out of this store, I decided it would be my last time. Owners please educate yourself on how to keep your customers happy and hire qualified staff! read more

Purchased a printer for $12,000 and it didn't work when it arrived and they kept dragging out saying they would come and fix it and after they drug it out past 90 days and you can't contest the charge you no longer matter. Had to spend $4000 for a local tech to replace the print head that was supposedly new on the printer when it was sold. read more

Horrible customer service. Bought a $6,000 printer and they delivered without the stand, it's been 7 months and no resolution from their part. Went back and the lady at the front counter was of no help. I'm glad it's the first and last time i deal with Ordway. read more

I was referred to Ordway sign supply by Roland, and all i wanted to purchase a printer. One of their sales people erik@signsupply.com kept dragging his feet and was very slow on his responses or even returning calls. Not to mention his poor knowledge on the different Roland printers. It got to a point where he refused to help me and asked me to take my business elsewhere. I reached out to the owner pete@signsupply.com and he didn't even had the curtesy to get back to me. I never heard from him to this day, he obviously didn't care about my sight of the story. My customer service experience with Ordway was horrific something i have never experienced before. I'm not a person that writes reviews or would even care but this was different and I just hope they will get their act together because when i read some of the other reviews it all makes sense. :( read more

Fast and friendly service. Very helpful. They have a huge selection of supplies.

Thank you Pete and the Ordway Sign Supply team! You're always willing to help with any issues that we have in our marketing department. I appreciate that you make house calls when we are having equipment issues and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give you a 15! Thanks again and we will be in touch soon. read more

This place is useless. Completely useless. Customer support is terrible, you have to ask everyone to come help you and after they help one time they feel like they have no obligation to you. They have no sense of what the material is and what it can do. Their famous quote is "as long as you know what it does we're ok." what does that even mean? I come to you to purchase expensive material the least you can do is give me expert advice since you are working there.. I just spent over $800 there in one purchase and I simply asked for $3 dollar squidgy and some tweezers and the main boss refused to give them to me on the house, all he gave me was a .99 cent squidgy that he got as a gift from a material company. Even the employees there told me that theres no way ill budge the boss, and even had fear to go ask them. The ownership is terrible. I even saw one of the ladies from the back, an elderly lady get mad at one of the employees for a small grammar mistake and did this all in front of customers and people. Very uncomfortable experience and I will no longer support them. They have no respect to paying customers that keep them business yet ask for us to support them. Never again. Have been a customer of Ordway for about 5 years. I have found the service outstanding. I primarily order online, but always have experienced great service when I have called to ask a question. At one time, for an exceptionally large/heavy order, they delivered it themselves. I have found them to be reliable and professional. read more
