I'm picky by nature so at first I appreciated that Chris sent me a video explaining the signs, materials and various options available to me. I feel like his initial tutorial was helpful in educating me on the process of ordering a custom sign and also helped me determine the direction I wanted to go in. Later Chris patiently FaceTimed me so he could answer all my questions and review various design options. After I decided on a finalized design and paid the deposit it took only two weeks to get our lovely sign up. The price was fair and competitive with others in the industry. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this company.

The shipping and tax charge was sent to me in a separate invoice 24 hours after I placed my order. Their website is unclear regarding shipping costs or estimates, as they ship with FedEx. I spoke with the manager who was unkind and not helpful at all. She informed me that they've received complaints about this before, and they're "working on it." I then requested to be put in contact with the owner and general manager, and was told I'd be receiving an email with that information by the end of the day. I never received the email. Do not order from this company. Invest your money elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews first, but I trusted the company as it was recommended by my brokerage. It's a shame that my first time ordering open house signs for my business was such an awful experience. I am still attempting to contact the general manager and owner to resolve my issue.
