Horrible experience with my first order. Shipping and tax added $168 to my order and was charged to my card without my authorization. The shipping and tax charge was sent to me in a separate invoice 24 hours after I placed my order. Their website is unclear regarding shipping costs or estimates, as they ship with FedEx. I spoke with the manager who was unkind and not helpful at all. She informed me that they've received complaints about this before, and they're "working on it." I then requested to be put in contact with the owner and general manager, and was told I'd be receiving an email with that information by the end of the day. I never received the email. Do not order from this company. Invest your money elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews first, but I trusted the company as it was recommended by my brokerage. It's a shame that my first time ordering open house signs for my business was such an awful experience. I am still attempting to contact the general manager and owner to resolve my issue. One of the worst services I've ever come across. I put an order in with these people last week, they didn't confirm it, so I emailed them, then this person responded that they haven't received it. So I reorder and email again this time with a screenshot of the receipt landing page, and she said they've received the order and that I'll receive a confirmation email "shortly". That short amount of time hasn't passed yet looks like as I don't have a confirmation email or a charge on my credit card. Called them yesterday, and they were supposed to call me back after 1 pm, and that didn't happen again. I wish I could give this company 0 stars!!! They are completely incompetent. I called them to have my sign installed in a new listing and their system has changed where they only take these orders online now. An agent from the company talked me through the process and completely got my order wrong!!! They not only put up the wrong sign at the property but also on the WRONG yard! When I called to have them fix this problem since the sign wasn't even mine and my client was upset about the location of the sign they told me that they can't reimburse me for their mistake and still made me pay to get someone out there to fix this issue. Great place to store your signs and anytime you need it you can just call them and they'll install the sign and post for $45 within 1-2 days it's up! And just a quick call if you need it to be taken down. Even if you don't buy the signs from them you can store any signs up to 8 or 10 signs for a 1 time flat rate of $30. Even if you provide a gate code to a residential complex where the property is located, if the driver forgets to bring the gate code or can't work the gate code properly you will be charged a fee. HORRIBLE!!!!! If you want good customer service and proper business procedures then order from another company. I requested verification of my information on the sign and was ignored and it came with the wrong information on it! When I pointed out to them that I reached out multiple times and once on the day I put in my order and received no response-they said I didn't use the word "proof" so they could not say I requested proof. After I received the signs I finally reached a person and they did not make notes on our call and never followed up. When I called the following week, they had no record of my call, but saw that I emailed wanting verification of what my signs would have printed on them. Again I was put off and told I would get a call back in the next business day. When I called again, I got a "you can purchase a correction for the order", but because I did not use the word "proof" they would not correct it. Even though they do not provide a proof or a way to go back and verify if you need any corrections to your signs prior to printing. One of the worst vendors I've ever worked with, and I warn everyone to stay away. How this place is still in business bewilders me and I should've read the reviews on Yelp before ordering. I usually get my signs and riders from Lowen Signs, but my broker recommended Dee Sign. After comparing prices on both websites, it seemed Dee Sign was significantly cheaper. However, when you checkout on their page, tax and shipping are not included in the total price and they don't even give you an estimate of how much shipping will be. I figured, I trust my broker, I'll just order it. I get an email FOUR days later from Tiffany R. in Customer Service confirming my order with the total price inclusive of tax and shipping. Surprise, surprise, it came out to be around the same as Lowen Signs price, only slightly cheaper. I replied to Tiffany asking if the order had been charged and fulfilled yet since I was unhappy about the shipping charges, and these charges should've been available to see during check-out. No response. TEN days later, I get another email saying my order had been fulfilled and is in transit. Today, SIX days later, I get an email from UPS saying that my package is delayed because the address is wrong. Huh, did I type my address wrong..? I log into Dee Sign to see my order and I see that I typed it correctly; so THEY messed up on my address and were off by one number. This is what happens when a company doesn't have an automated system in place and depends on human customer service (or lack therof, since no one even addressed my concerns) to input info and data, increasing the risk of human errors that really shouldn't happen to begin with and are completely avoidable. Thank god the incorrect address didn't exist, or some random stranger would have my expensive signs. It's been nearly three weeks and I've yet to receive my signs. I would've rather paid Lowen Signs a bit more and could've received my signs within a week. Never, ever again will I order anything from Dee Sign. read more

Tried to place an order with this company and decided to go elsewhere due to unprofessional and lazy staff. I went on their website and gave contact info. I was emailed the next day by a Nicole. She explained I would have to submit a "Service Application" to even start the process. She wouldn't give any information, prices, or timelines without this. I filled out and nobody got back to me. I had to call Nicole the following day to followup and ask what the next step was. She said she does not handle that, that I would need to contact Sales. After 2 days of the above, an Adela called me and proceeded to ask for a credit card as soon as she said Hi. 1st off- I have been given absolutely no pricing, information, or design. Why would I start off by giving a credit card? She then proceeded to tell me that she received my emails and Service Application but she does not handle any of the information I was requesting. She said I would need to forward my email to "Sales". I asked her if she could forward all of my emails to sales and she told me to do so myself. After asking her as to why she can't just communicate with her team sinse I have now wasted 3 days, she said she would do so. She did not do so. The next day, I THEN had to contact Sales via telephone and try to get someone to help me. Margo sent me an invoice but it was nothing as to what i asked for. I then emailed Margo for a revised invoice of removing items (as they tried to include the highest price and largest items that i did not request) No response. I saw on the many of email chains a Manager named Monica. I wrote her an email as to what was going on here. No answer. I took my business and my money elsewhere. read more

If our agents are precise and exact with their placement of a sign, by putting a yellow flag where they want the sign to go, everything is smooth and done well by the Dee Sign Drivers. Horrible customer service and they do NOT keep their word. Must be understaffed also if they can't get Realtor Signs up nearly a week after requesting. They don't work on Monday's and say 24-48 hour to fulfill orders. Requested last Friday that my sign should go up on Wednesday and even was told it would go by up by 7p that day. Thursday they claim the driver was in accident so no delivery that day but will be delivered on Friday. They will leave also you hanging around holidays and say they could not find your signs so they can get off early. Just add on - the sign never Friday nor Saturday now 8 days since requested. I was told Dee Signs all gets vengeful if you complain or give bad review likes I did which explains why my sign never showed up. They are not up front with their time line and blames it on being swamped with orders for being late. I was told that I would have my signs within 3 weeks at the most. I got the proof via email within 2 days of placing the order. Approved it right away and got email acknowledgement that it would take 11 business days in production. Which turned out to be 17 days plus 2 days for shipping. Called customer service manager who was not helpful at all. I will take my business somewhere else! UPDATE: It took multiple calls over 2 weeks time to get the hooks that should have arrived with my signs. Had to improvise using zip ties so I can use my signs before they ship my hooks. read more

I called to place an order for custom real estate signs, paid in full, and had the order shipped to my home. I was originally told the order would take only a few days, then an extra day for delivery. Two weeks later the signs arrived completely wrong. It was just standard for lease placards without my name, phone number or real estate office. I was shocked considering the woman who took my order, Kayla, had double checked the spelling of my entire order before placing it. I had to jump through hoops to get someone to help me correct the order. And they charged me full price! 200 dollars for the order! She said she could give me the 20 percent off promotional coupon but could not do anything to reimburse me for the incorrect 50 dollar order. I reorded the signs, paid in full, and was told it would be expedited. A week after all of this and I still have not received the signs. When I spoke to someone at Dee Signs they told me my order was pending approval. However I never received an email with a proof, and my credit card was still charged. The email could have gone to spam or been deleted but I scoured my mailbox looking for it to no avail. Knowing the urgency and frustration with the order, I am surprised no one ever followed up with me about the order. I'm sincerely disappointed with my experience. read more

absolutely the rudest staff on the planet. They have a virtual monopoly in the area for sign- making, so this naturally makes them feel they can treat people how they want. There were two billing mistakes I found on my receipts, an overcharge of almost $50. Instead of apologizing for the mistake (or should I say, mistakes?), they just sent me over a "corrected" invoice. There was a man named G--g that was very rude to me when I asked him to add something to my sign design. They later fixed it, but I didn't see the point in the initial rudeness.
