Came in on 12/27/14. The guys working here were all very helpful & professional. One of their printers was not working properly so our prints were sent to a did printer, one of the staff came to let me know & informed me it wouldn't take that much longer I needed them to look for an email from 3 Weeks ago. They were nice enough to help us out. I would've given them 4 stars only because of their receptionist. When I called before coming in, she really didn't want to help out over the phone. After a great start in the ordering process for some premium business cards that I spent hundreds of dollars on, I was very disappointed. I designed and ordered unique, metallic colored cards almost a year in advance of my company launch and spared no expense. Because I had not opened the box of new cards until two weeks prior to my company launch, I had not noticed a misspelled word. The word Flooring was spelled Floring in the company email rather than the correct version: Flooring. Yes, I missed that because I really could not read the wording properly due to the size of the type I did not approve early on. As a customer, you notice things you can see at the proofing stage, you quickly notice color, texture, format and trust that they will double spell check as a back up. Yes, I missed the correct spelling but it's not so much the error both parties missed, but the horrific customer service I received regarding this mishap. And things happen, I get it. I called three times two weeks earlier before my little meltdown and no call back, counting down to my launch party; I left several polite messages to encourage the mutual troubleshooting, spoke to three different people, spoke to the actual graphic artist who processed my order twice, and still NO FOLLOW UP. I sent him an email and still no follow up. The last conversation with Alex ended with "I'll get back to you," after I was put on hold for 15 minutes. When I called back for the final time, I was transferred to the store manager without even being told I was to speak to someone else after weeks of zero answers, and the first thing out of this managers mouth was, "who is going to pay for this, you approved this order months ago?" Maybe I did, but the money wasn't the issue, maybe talking to me and calmly explaining protocol with the unfortunate circumstances would have sufficed in order to meet me half way! I slept on this a night and then decided to call my bank the next morning to dispute the portion of the amount I placed on my credit card. I had paid cash for the deposit because I trusted Onsite Reprographics, but it was too late according to Wells Fargo rules and regulations. So they took my money and now I can't use these beautiful cards due to a misspelling. Sucks! Will I ever use them again or the six people in our circle that frequent this business? Probably not. This Says a lot about the business and how they handle situations like this, so no thank you. There are hundreds of options in LA and online purchasing definitely avoids these very bad experiences. What a shame I couldn't pass these out and ultimately this was my fault for not being more proactive or maybe making time to show up in person, but I was too busy to drive out and everyone was planning my relaunch. read more
