I was a repetitive customer, I specifically said please redo my flyers at a higher quantity. Once it was finished and 1 month late. They gave me the wrong product (quality of paper). And Eduardo didn't want to fix the problem just kept asking me more money because he needed to reprint. Stated HIS employee didn't specify paper weight. How is that my fault, when they have my file and everything in their computer. After several several attempts I am finally taking him to court if he doesn't refund my money. He kept stating he is not scared of any government or law officials. So today I called and made a THEFT Police report. I was a faithful customer for many years at this place until the staff/owners, deliberately, after receiving my money, and after they said I would receive an email to proof-read my business card...I never got the email and today, Monday, August 16, 2021...no one answers the phone at the business and someone text messaged repeatedly saying "Good morning, this is Express Media" and only repeated this as I responded to them. The one star I gave them really means -6 stars for their lack of professionalism and their customer service has gone down the toilet with diarrhea in it - I really hate leaving shitty reviews...my word is like gold to me...i say this is going to happen...it happens! They use it as a punch line without having any real meaning behind it. There are far less expensive place with high quality customer service and great product! Unsavory taste in my mouth... Being the procrastinator that I am at 10:30am today I decided that I wanted an A Frame sign with print on both sides and that I needed it by 2pm for a pop up I was doing. I called and asked if this could happen and the response was no problem. I shot over a design and finalized with a CC payment right over the phone. Do not do business with this place! I have had two separate issues with this company. The first issue was about one year ago. I designed my business card and had them print the card. When I asked for my art work that I designed they would not give it to me. It was art work that I created and designed and they refused to give me my work. I posted a yelp review and they begged me to take down the negative review in exchange for my art work and apologized. I gave them a second chance, this time around, I had my business cards printed and the picture came out dark and it didn't even look like me. I asked that they correct the issue and they dodged my phone calls for one week. I finally was able to get the owner on the phone. He refused to correct the cards and blamed his printing company and he then refused to refund me my money back for the cards. He was rude and said he would not correct the issue, much less give me my money back. These people are rude and the quality of work is horrible. Take your business elsewhere! read more

They have made 3 banners for me, SAME DAY SERVICE. High quality, cheap price. They don't check their messages regularly but don't let this discourage you from using them. Just make sure you catch them on the phone. If you email them, call to follow up that they got the email. Because of their low prices, they are extremely busy working on orders. I think this is a family run business and everyone there has been extremely kind and helpful. They are located in a small strip mall on the southwest corner of Sherman Way and Balboa. I got there a little early for my order and waited next door in the cafe and had a delicious bahn mi sandwich, fresh cut fruit, and watermelon juice. read more

As a small business owner I think it's important to support small business in my area , especially during these uncertain times. On a tight deadline I visited the shop the evening prior to submitting my job order. I asked for a price quote and also if they provide same day turnaround. The price was higher than normal -and they assured me the job could be done same day..I returned the following morning and places my order and once again stressed the importance of my deadline. I was assured the job would be ready for pickup at 5:30 pm I was told the shop closes at 6. I prepaid in full when I placed the order... I returned promptly at 5:30 and was told they had not started the work yet and to come back at 7! I explained I was on deadline and this setback was going to be a big issue. The woman at the counter didn't offer any apology nor concern for the situation they put me in.. I returned at 7pm and with no words spoken - she handed me my order and walked away... rude awful service!!! I will never do business there again... also the product is sub par! read more
