I spoke to the guy on the phone, asked him about flyers, confirmed the paper stock, double side printing. When I got there "it was too late" to do today. Wasted 30 minutes of my life driving there on a Saturday. They advertise "same day, same day" but yet don't tell you over the phone they can't do it until you are in the store. read more

Got business cards made here once and was content. Tried again and was very unhappy with the unprofessional business practice. I called yesterday to pick up my business card to confirm their business hours. I was told 6pm closing time. I showed up at 5:30 and the place was closed. I see their business hours posted on the door and see they open at 9am. Show up at 9:15 business is not open yet. VERY unhappy with this practice. What is the point of having business hours or a business if you are not opened when you say you are? What is the point of having a business if you don't open to conduct it and waste the time of your customers? This is upsetting and time wasting for customers. Deal breaker for me. read more

I could NEVER recommend this company to anyone! I have had two experiences with them in the last month that were both fails! The first was when a sign was ordered for our company. I believe the order was placed via telephone and email. When we picked the sign up, we were told that they were required to take a photo copy of the CREDIT CARD used for the purchase. The guy running the counter called the manager/owner who said this was there normal practice. Anyone in their right mind recognizes how ILLEGAL this is! I decided to use them once more for a personal purchase and since the payment was made in store, a photo copy of my credit card was never asked for. They promote same day and fast printing all over this place but they do anything but that. I ordered a vinyl sticker that fits on an 8x10 sheet of paper on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Tuesday. When Tuesday rolled around, I wasn't sent any proofs until I had to call and ask for them and of course the sticker would not be ready. Called Wednesday around 4:30 pm and yet again the sticker was not ready. I was promised it would be ready today, Thursday by 9am. I walked in around 1pm and the sticker was still not ready. I waited for 25 minutes for it to be completed then and there. I understand things come up but a courtesy call in those situations makes a world of difference in service and good customer service is NOT on this companies agenda! read more
