BUYER BEWARE!!! To any business owners who value their businesses I warn you not to conduct business with this place. If you respect deadlines and the integrity of your business do not go to this place. I speak from personal experience and other business owners who had the unfortunate luck of going to this place. I moved my business to Los Angeles from New York expecting to find the same quality and care from local print shops, but I had to pay a serious price for randomly choosing this place. And it cost me a big client. I went into this place early in the week because of their claim to be "a same day" printer. I was on a very tight deadline for that former client and specifically asked numerous times if they would have my print job done in two days. The counter girl, was very unskilled at communicating in English, assured me it would be done. She even went in the back to ask a supervisor, I assumed, to see if the job would be done. I was told it would definitely get "done" in two days. I did not receive my print job until the following week 8 days after the due date. My client was rightfully upset and I could do nothing but blame the print shop's incompetence. In the end I placed all the blame on myself for it was up to me to find a real print shop. I was very upset with these people and just astonished at the fact that they refused to offer a full refund. I trusted their word and paid in full, I have always conducted business with people who keep their word. I learned from other people who have given this place money that they do not ever offer refunds, the entire staff speak very poor English and they outsource most of their work to third party printers. Had I known any of this I would never have even walked into this place. And the "graphic design" work is mediocre at best. Nothing even close to the quality work I would experience in NY. I found a real print shop in Chatsworth, "All About Print". Since then I also decided to use the NY printers as well. I send them the files and their promised deadlines are always met. Thank god for the internet! Again to all business owners that need printer services go somewhere else, Los Angeles is a very large city. If you go to this place you will regret that decision. I live in the Van Nuys area and there are a lot of printing places I could go but EXPRESS MEDIA is my go to place each and every time. I run a farmer's market booth all over L.A and Express Media has done all of our banners, menus and most recently our A-Frame. They are very efficient, they get the job done fast. I ordered an A-Frame just yesterday and the job was completed and ready for pick up the next day. Their quality of work is great and Cesar is amazing! Cesar is so nice and very professional! He's very receptive to my ideas and makes sure we're satisfied with the final product. If ever something needs changing design wise, or really anything else we need correcting Cesar will quickly fix it. Price is reasonable, quality is great, turnaround is outstanding, customer service is amazing and Cesar is an overall great guy! Will definitely come back to get more printing done! First of all I want to thank Express Media for the great and fast service always provided to our company. About two weeks ago I needed some business cards in a hurry and I didn't have time to place my order in person, so I gave them a call by the time they were closing and I didn't expect them to stay after closing just to take an order without a deposit; but they took my order and they told me I can pay for the deposit next day. This is one of the many reasons I come back to them every time we need some printing work. They provide a great product at a great price. They are very responsive, providing excellent service and now I can say, even outside of office hours. Please read my post before This printing services has the cheapest materials I've ever used I've had my out side sign for only a year and it's so faded already I've called the owner directly and says it doesn't want to replace it i also said if he can give me a discount to redo another sign with better material he got upset called me crazy and see to look for other printing shop if I didn't like the way his material looks i was so sad that an actual owner would talk to me this way I told I come to because I've paid you for the design and was hoping you would help so he once again said don't work with me look for some one else and left I gave Edward a second chance and this is what i get now i will give my review to help and prevent other potential clients I will post some pictures soon. read more

This place is Friendly and Hospitable, I've been doing business with them since 2011 that I open My restaurant La Costa Mission In Malibu, they have made all my banners, sings, business cards, flags, stamps, logos, designs you name it they done it all. This place is very helpful. I love how they gave me options to chose from and how consistent they were. I spoke with Andres the first time very helpful and they confirmed everything in one day. My business cards and brochures were ready for me the next time to be pick up on time. I could not express myself enough how good and precise they are with prices, service and helpfulness. I googled praying places near my location called A couple times and when they would answer they were very rude always putting me on hold so then I decided to stop by and give it a chance since I looked at the reviews the owner was there and I told him it was very wrong to have bad customer service specially when they answer the calls It didn't seem to mind him and he brush that off and ask what can he help me with I told him I needed an estimate he gave me a time and day that he would come out never showed up never called me to give me at least a heads up that he wasn't going to make it I don't recommend this place for having very bad customer service and leaving me hanging when he would be there. read more

I ordered a couple of retractable banners from Express Media and they have always turned out way better than I could ever imagine. I'm pretty picky with the small details and they are very patient and is there to help their customers get exactly what they want printed out in the exact way they want it. The price for a retractable banner is not expensive at all and the quality is great! They can have things printed, good and ready to go sometimes the day of and even if it is extremely busy, I never had to wait more than 2 days after I sent in my final approval of the design. What a great experience. Our organization went to a banner company for an banner. That company wanted a $30 fee to design and a 3 day turn a round. We did not have that time. We went to Express Media, Eduardo design our banner on the spot and no charge. He said the banner be ready in 24 hours.
