I went back to the store and I told him the quality was very bad, he said I can pay the extra $90 to have the better screen installed. And it would look better. I did that and it was in fact not better. My screen is delayed, bad quality, the Home Screen doesn't work. When you go to settings and look at the product service history, it says part unknown. The store does not offer refunds, and they are unable to fix the quality. I would like to receive a partial refund at least or I'm going to move forward with a dispute for defective service. I had to go to another shop ti get the part fixed with a genuine part.

"What's the problem, oh ya bring it in and we can look at it" Me, "you already have it, I can see it on the shelf behind you, it's the one with no paper work with it". Him, "the mother boards bad" I'm thinking how did he know that? No diagnosis on paper, I don't think they took it apart. If they did why would they put back together a junk computer without calling me first. I'm not saying the computers not junk. If your phone is broken, shattered and unresponsive they WILL fix it.
