This the only place goes for iPad, iPhone, and laptop repairs. I remember going around town in Ventura to 5 different locations, all other businesses were more expensive to repair the glass on my iPhone. I even did a Yelp "project request" where your repair is sent out to all the businesses nearby and they reply with quote. All the other options were way more expensive than it needed to be. I've repaired my own stuff before like my 2012 MacBook Pro and old iPhones. I understand the cost of a repair part roughly because I used to buy them myself back then. Most newer models have parts that are harder to repair now. I still know I am not getting overcharged here compared to other places. Ever heard of mechanics overcharging women? They do not do that here, at least not with me. To put the cost difference in perspective, this place would charge $90 for a repair vs $140-$200 elsewhere for the same service and repair part. This is roughly the difference. Is this place in a mall or a nice shopping center. No. But all you need to do is drop off your iPhone for a few hours and they will contact you when it's ready. However, since I dropped off my phone, they just told me to come back in 2 hours or something. They are pretty good with telling you an exact time to pick up the device. I usually just stop by an hour after the time they told me and the repair was always done. However, it does not hurt so always give a call before to make sure its ready. I think you can also contact them via social media but I would double check if they use a social platform to interact with customers that have no phone. This place will probably have the cheapest and best quality service compared to everyone else. Other places are more expensive and one place in Ventura even tried to upsell me a better-quality glass for the iPad screen for a higher cost. At that point, just get a good screen protector for your devices after the repair at this place. I would prefer a good quality screen protector after a repair anyways. That way you can just replace the cracked glass protector instead of taking it in again for a repair. You would think, the glass would crack no matter how strong the glass is, if you hit it hard enough. This is the only place I recommend to friends and family. I got three devices fixed here: MacBook Pro 2012 (broken screen repair), iPhone (glass repair), and iPad (glass repair). I would bring your device here for a quote. I never had to wait for a part to come in. However, I would imagine for an older model device, they may need to order the part which will happen at most places you go to. read more

This is the only place I will go that I trust fixing and repairing all my devices. I went to ubreakifix on vanguard & the rep said he was unable to fix my iPad & it would take 2 weeks. This repair store took my iPad & had it fixed in 2 hours and they were close to closing. Roe is the guy who is always working the shop & always has the bes customer service. Our company has had to have many devices fixed over the years with cracked screens. This was the first time we had a device repaired here, and we are so impressed with how superior the service was compared to all of the other places we've ever tried, we had to write a review. First, their rates are literally *half* of what everyone else charges AND they finished the job in two hours!! (We're used to waiting days). I also decided to purchase an adhesive lens protector for my iPhone while I was there, and they installed it on the phone for me which was unexpected, and really nice. It requires thorough cleaning of the lenses, and I never would have expected them to do that for me just for purchasing this little accessory. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! About a year or 2 ago I cracked my screen so I took it there to go get fixed It was $80 cool. A few months ago I took my phone to go get fixed because the screen is cracked $120. A week or 2 go by then my phone started acting slow and freezing it also had a chip in the corner nothing major then it started showing the lines and wasn't very useable. Thinking there was like a 3 to 6 month or some type of warranty on it I took it back again got it fixed another $120. Now my buttons don't work, the screen freezes here and there, my phone gets hot, and the only way to get my phone to turn on is if I connect it to the charger and mess with it. I asked for a prize, and they said $140 because now they have to take the phone apart and look at the buttons. You would think they would've done that the second time but $380 later I guess not. Simple, fast and straight forward repairs. Cost was 80 bucks for an LCD on my 6S and it was replaced in about an hour. I can't really complain other that the sketchy part of town where it is located. I rarely leave negative reviews... but this place warrants it. If you need your phone repaired there is no reason that the repair tech needs your passcode. Any reputable shop will give you the option to enter the passcode yourself to test the functionality after a repair. Beware of this shop. After calling around to get a quote on changing out the battery on my stupid phone which had a "non-removeable" battery, I looked at the reviews. This was 1 of 2 shops that had "real" reviews. After what occurred, I now wonder if any of those reviews are "real". Dropped off the phone and was told to come back in an hour and it would be done. I gave the guy more time than that. Upon return, he informed me that the battery wasn't turning on or working or something to that effect. Said he would need more time with it and we agreed that I'd leave it overnight. Normally, I wouldn't have cared, however I was experiencing some major tooth pain and needed it to find a dentist asap. So, this was a great inconvenience and not what I truly wished to do. When I asked for his name, he gave it, but cut it off saying he'd be there the following day - it's something that starts with R. I had bought the battery on-line, so was worried maybe they hadn't sent the correct one and we briefly discussed him being able to get a battery for it. He specifically asked if he should order a battery ($20) if it turned out that my battery was bad. I told him no. The next morning, my mouth in dire need of a dentist, I returned. R wasn't there - his manager, Mauri, was. He began by saying that he was still waiting for the screen to come in so they could repair the phone. I had no idea what he was talking about. In short, R had some how gotten the liquid adhesive under the inside of the screen and thus it had to be replaced (ironic since the screen was in nearly perfect condition). According to Mauri, there hadn't been any problem with the battery and what I had been told by R was news to him!! What should have been a one hour job took 24x longer and prevented me from getting to a dentist by 1.5 days. Mauri had the phone ready several hours later and informed me that he'd also changed out the top siding for some unnecessary reason (no charge). When he rang me up, he actually had the cajones to remind me, as if he were doing me a great favor, that he wasn't charging me for the screen or siding! Hey dude - you guys screwed up and with the blatant lies and deceit I was given, you should have just comped it. Duh. In addition, when he said the warranty was 90 days even tho the receipt stated 30, and I asked him to write that on the receipt, he didn't seem too happy to do so. And my new screen doesn't seem to like the number 4. Dear R. I don't care that you screwed up on my phone. Had you told me the truth, I would have reacted the same way as I did to your lie. But to lie to me (and then try to extract the $20 from me to cover your butt and the cost of a new screen under the guise of it being for the battery) IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have zero tolerance for liars and deceivers. The bad karma will come for you. Suerte! read more

I needed a replacement battery for my iPhone 6s. I tried to save money by buying one off amazon and replacing it myself but I bought the wrong one. Instead of waiting for a new battery, I made an appointment with geek squad and long story short, they couldn't do it because I threw away the old battery and they needed to run a diagnostic before helping. To top it off, no one that I called would just sell me a replacement battery. Until I came here Not only did they have a battery on hand, they replaced it for the same price I would have been charged at the Apple store or at Best Buy, and they did it so quick! I came here at end of Oct. to repair a shattered iPhone 6. The owner Caesar was really nice, and they repaired it during my lunch. I think usually you should expect 30-60 min. depending how busy they are. The repair itself looked very good. But as I used my phone, I noticed later on how unresponsive the touch screen had become. It would flicker, jump around, and the keyboard keys, many were unresponsive. Different apps would 'misbehave'. There is a 30 day warranty. I didn't get a chance to go back in that time period, but when I called, he said they could look at the connections etc. I brought it in, and the tech guy cleaned the connections. It seemed to be better for a bit, but then 2-3 weeks later the problems came back, even worse and more unresponsive than before. And the last 2 days, my screen started to flicker out, and lose all the brightness (about 90% was lost) I stopped by and Caesar was there again. I had my original receipt, and he said that even though it was past 30 days, of course he would still take a look, and replace the glass if necessary, which is what happened. I totally thought that I would be out $100 repair, and need to buy a cheap phone. He said even if it passes 30 days, they would still try to take care of their repairs, as the glass screens have factory warranties. I called Creative Cell the other day asking if they repaired laptops, I explained to Rodrigo the problem and he said that I most likely just needed a new battery since the laptop I was borrowing was so old. To be honest I really didn't believe this would solve my problem but I took his word on it and went ahead and ordered the battery off Amazon. Fast forwad to today... I received the laptop battery in the mail, installed it, left it charging for a few hours and low and behold the computer was back to its old working condition! I got my phone fix from you for a cracked screen. I have my receipt but it is past the 30 days. I dropped it once and the screen is damaged with 4 lines colored green, white and pink on the right hand side and the screen has popped out. I didn't think just dropping it once the screen would get damaged right away. My phone over heats because of that. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I came to fix the back screen of my iPhone 12 pro max only for them to make it worst. I came in on a Saturday and they promised it would be ready within two hours. I got a call 5 hours later stating they broke a cable inside my phone that affected my flash, ended up leaving with double sided tape to hold the screens together and they said to come back Tuesday. I leave work early on Tuesday to get here only to tell me that they still don't have the part to fix my phone- they didn't even notify me of this beforehand. 0/10 would never come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. if you're wondering why they charge so cheap, it's because they do cheap and ineffective work. read more
