Cheapest i could find for an iPhone 5 screen repair ($75 as of 12/1/14). they actually have all the prices posted on their website for all the repairs they do. It took maybe 15 or 20mins though the guy said 25mins for the repair. call ahead if you want, but i didnt. i just kinda showed up and it was done. I actually contacted other places and even went to The Oaks. $120 for the guy in Camarillo (but he will come to you if you call ahead) and $99 (still a bit pricey) at T.O. mall. [update 12/13] my screen died on me, but i was able to get my screen replaced free of charge. there was a mishap with the installation of a faulty screen. it just happened to be a screen that they normally dont use. They were apologetic about it, and it had me worried that i was going to purchase another screen for another $75 since i couldnt produce my receipt right away (i eventually found it) But they said it was free. This place is great, way cheaper than anywhere else around town and waaay faster. It only took an hour to fix my samsung galaxy 7 here. It took 4 days at a different place i went to. I would highly recommend Creative Cell to anybody with a broken phone!! Edit: What a F@$#King rip off! No wonder they're fast, I went back 2 days later because the LCD they used to repair my phone was broken. i had to charge my phone overnight the day I got it fixed and the morning after I noticed purple leaking throughout the phone. I took it back today and asked if they could fix it. They claimed that I was the one that broke my phone.. the day after i fixed it. When I didn't use it. I spent $190 to get my phone fixed and they claim i smashed the back screen? At least they offered a discount to fix it again, only $150 dollars this time. Probably for another broken LCD. I had been looking for a place to fix my mom's LG G2 by Sprint.I HAD "insurance" through Sprint only to find out that the deductible is $150 even just to replace the screen. It had me wondering...so where does the $12 a month I've been paying for almost two years go? Well just another case of "insurance" companies ripping us off but I suppose that is not here nor there but needles to say I canceled my "insurance" policy. Anyhow I decided to shop around for the glass. Since it's not a main stream phone (not a Galaxy or Iphone) I had a bit of a hard time finding someone who could get a hold of the screen. I answered a few posts on Facebook for local businesses and found a few places that claimed that could fix it. I went to these guys first and they informed me once I was there that they in fact did not have the screen on hand and would have to order it to check back in three days. In the mean time I tried other places. I checked out a place called Phone Mekaniks (something like that) at five points in Oxnard they took a deposit and said they could fix it to come back in a few days. When I went back they said they could not fix it after all and somewhat rudely told me I can either wait some more or they could give me my deposit back, so I took my money back. At that point I came back to these guys here at Creative Cell. Now let me just say these guys are NOT going to blow you away with their costumer service skills. Lets just say that their staff isn't as "professional" as one might like for a business front. So no you will NOT be getting stellar costumer service here, but what you will get is RESULTS. These guys came through, found the screen, had it installed within the hour, and the phone looked like a new phone! They also honored the price they had quoted me weeks earlier on Facebook (even though on their board the repair was more expensive) so over all yes I am a fan and would go back to do business. Just this morning I recommended this place to a buddy at work. Bottom line these guys came through, (much more than I can say for the other spots I went) the prices were on point, and they were fast (once the parts came in) A word of advice to the owner....If you want MORE business either train your current staff on customer service or get better staff to man the font desk, Customer Services gets a D- other than that this place gets a very solid B+ from me read more

Needed a charging port replaced on an iPhone 6 in a hurry while on a business trip. Called the shop and they said it would only take 30-40 mins and they could get to it as soon as I showed up. When I arrived they said it would only take 15 minutes and I think it was done even faster. Normally I would do this repair myself. Since I was traveling I didn't have a choice. Took my galaxy s6 to fix the charging port. It was ready in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the fast service. But when inspecting my phone, I noticed that they managed to break the back glass and the front glass wasn't glued back properly which caused the home button to become loose. When I returned the next day, the gentleman who assisted me was very rude. Saying the phone previously had parts replaced which was the cause for the damage, and would not accept fault. I know my phone has NEVER before had any parts replaced because it was bought BRAND NEW. At the end they just put some glue on the phone; it's still looking bad... but I will rather take my money and business elsewhere. If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. read more
